I invite you to close your eyes,

With each breath allow tension to melt away,

The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.

Now imagine creativity as a well that refills itself every time you draw from it.

The more you use,

So repeat after me to affirm this abundance.
My creativity is infinite.

Take time to breathe and calm your spirit.

Cooking,
Dancing,
