Bringing your awareness to the top of the head and just imagine that there's this beautiful energy center starting to open and expand like petals of a flower opening to the sun just on top of your head and imagine this beautiful light above your head golden like the sun filled with peace filled with love filled with hope and filled with whatever medicine your body and mind require in this moment in this space on your next inhale consciously draw in that light draw in through the top of the head and let it flow down through your body gently and slowly through every cell for the next few inhales keep drawing that light in that peace that love that hope that medicine and let it come down and soothe and bathe every cell of the body bringing your awareness to the heart center in the middle of the chest and just being aware of any unhelpful energies in and around the chest area whether there's any tension any fear or stress that's been accumulating consciously or unconsciously and just imagine the same golden energy now in your heart center starting to gently expand and on your next exhale just breathing out any pressure stress fear or worry using your intention and your breath now take a nice deep inhale from above into your heart center and exhale releasing letting go now imagine that the light above your head starts to gently flow on its own down through your body down through your whole energy field all the way down through your body and into the earth beneath you helping your energy connect in with the earth in with the present moment in with feelings of safety and security imagine you could be aware of the earth beneath you and imagine you could feel deep within the earth the stability support and strength that your body your mind is calling for now whatever can help soothe and balance the mind and energy field and feeling that in the earth beneath you as vibration as energy on your next inhale breathing up from the earth up into the base chakra at the base of the spine hold it there and then exhale back down into the earth sending your love and gratitude deep within the earth and again breathing up from the earth this time up into the base chakra and just let that energy sit there for a moment and as you breathe and relax imagine that medicine from the earth gently starts to come up through your body balancing and harmonizing all of the energy centers to bring more peace and balance and support bringing your awareness back to the heart center and at the same time being aware of the connection you've made with the earth and the connection you've made with the light above and imagine you could breathe in from above and below at the same time right into your heart and just feeling that beautiful energy of peace love strength stability support all mingling within your own heart and then imagine that energy expanding out through you through your whole energy field through your whole aura feeling the aura expanding feeling your own energy power strength igniting within you and then sending yourself a lot of love and gratitude and when you're ready you could bring your awareness all the way back
