You will be guided to release stuck emotional energy, unhelpful thoughts and programs, plus negativity in self image. With the help of live music, intuitive healing and purifying energy, we release anything from this chakra that is holding us back from more self-love, self-respect and more confidence and peace. This creates a healthier, more balanced Solar Plexus Chakra.

So make your body comfortable as we get set for our solar plexus clearing meditation.

And just send love to yourself.

This alone is a powerful practice to help us with the solar plexus which sits,

The chakra connects in just beneath where the ribs meet at the front.

Just sending love to yourself.

Whatever's been playing out,

Whatever's happened today or in recent days.

And just allow energy to come in,

Fresh energy with the fresh oxygen.

Just breathe that in and with the out breath just start to relax.

Use your mind,

Your thoughts to tell your body,

Especially the solar plexus,

It's okay relax and set that intention and have the concentration and focus.

I will get great benefit from this meditation today.

I will clear whatever's been sitting here in my solar plexus from yesterday or 20 years ago whenever that would interfere with my well being,

My digestion,

My capacity to accept and love myself.

Anything that would block me from being myself in the world.

We give permission for that energy to become free.

So just deepen the breath,

Relax especially through the belly,

Especially through the solar plexus.

That's it.

And just start taking deeper breaths,

Really feeling the belly as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Focus on releasing out through the solar plexus.

Just imagining just already tuning into that area of our energy field.

And just imagining that you're giving yourself permission to let go of any habits,

Fears,

Emotions,

Thoughts that are holding you back from really expressing yourself in the world with confidence and with truth.

And using your breath to let go of any energy in any form,

No matter why it's there,

That is holding you back from feeling more strong in who you are and in your self love and acceptance.

Take a nice deep breath in from above.

Imagine flowing energy coming in from above and releasing out of the solar plexus.

Any old energy that you no longer need.

Imagine this stream of energy coming in from above like a river of light coming in through the top of the head,

Coming down through the body,

And really starting to gently cleanse through the solar plexus.

Just gently swirling around,

Helping to dislodge any stuck energy that you no longer need to carry.

And just feel this cleansing energy and we'll use our voice to strengthen our intention.

So with love and compassion,

The best we can,

Just say after me,

I'm ready today.

I'm ready today.

To release all old energy.

To release all old energy.

Especially fear.

Especially fear.

Shame.

Shame.

Or blame.

Or blame.

That I've placed on myself.

That I've placed on myself.

Or other people in my life.

Or other people in my life.

I'm ready to let this energy go.

Fully and completely.

Take a nice deep breath in and releasing from the solar plexus.

That's it.

And again just imagine you could be present with the energy in the solar plexus.

As if you could bring your awareness down into that energy center.

And imagine you can view the energy here with love and compassion.

Often times when we are feeling not so good in ourself,

Not so confident in ourself,

Not you know we're feeling some fear around something.

We often can help ourself just by being present with love and compassion.

And just say I release all fear.

I release all fear.

From the times in my life.

From the times in my life.

That I forgot to be there for myself.

That I forgot to be there for myself.

That I didn't stand in my truth.

That I didn't stand in my truth.

And I didn't feel worthy.

And I didn't feel worthy.

Of the love and respect.

Of the love and respect.

I set this energy free.

I set this energy free.

And any conscious or unconscious anger.

Or any conscious or unconscious anger.

That has built up.

In full faith so be it.

Take a nice deep breath in and really letting go.

Front and back of solar plexus.

Keep breathing.

That's it.

And relaxing.

Opening with the out breath.

Release all around the ribs.

And imagine that from your internal organs through the digestion.

The liver.

The spleen.

All these internal processes that you can gently release out.

Any stuck energy from difficult times.

That's it.

The solar plexus is a lot to do with how we understand ourselves.

And sometimes we have ups and downs.

Well we often have ups and downs because life is complicated.

And as an individual it's a full time job trying to work out who I am.

Understanding myself.

When we understand ourself better it's easier to express ourself.

To be ourself.

So just releasing any tension from your body.

Especially solar plexus.

Times when we felt like we didn't do as good as we could of.

Or you know we might consider ourselves a patient person.

But you know experiences where we became very impatient.

Or we might consider ourselves a very kind generous person.

Or maybe we think we're shocked we have a bad surprise when we realise sometimes we can be nasty or greedy.

Because we depending on how we're going we can be all sorts of things.

So just release any times when we feel like we let ourselves down or we let others down.

And also any pressure or expectation or stress.

Whether we've felt that from others in our lives or that you've put on yourself.

And just say I release the stress.

I release the stress.

Worry and pressure.

Worry and pressure.

That I've taken on from others.

Release through front and back,

Solar plexus.

That's it.

And let the sound wash through that energy center.

Lots of shifting and clearing,

So just keep breathing,

Keep allowing,

Keep opening.

That's it.

And just breathing slowly and deeply.

Relaxing through the abdomen.

Sometimes we hold this pressure and stress physically in our body.

Oftentimes when we don't feel good enough or when we feel less than others,

We can accidentally build up a bit of defense,

Become a bit defensive and sort of lose our genuine self.

And so it just feels like there's just a bit of energy from times in our life where we might get defensive when we're not feeling so good,

When we're not feeling like we're living up to the standards of our self or others.

So just feeling some really gentle cleansing energy coming in and around even the muscles through the upper abdomen and just soften that area and using your mind to really imagine and visualize that any of that energy of defensiveness that you don't need to be holding or carrying can dissolve with your will,

With the energy and with the support now.

Using the sound of the guitar and that nurturing loving energy and gently releasing out of the back of the solar plexus as well.

It feels like there's a bit of tension and stress of that defensiveness nature through the back of the solar plexus and the muscles in the middle lower back and just feeling some of that pressure dissolving.

You know sometimes we really worry and stress when we don't feel good enough,

When we don't feel like we're gonna meet these standards of society or our family or of a partner or a business obligation and we can get quite strained through our body and energy field.

So just imagine you could sort of let this time right here that you're giving yourself let it sort of unravel some of that strain undo some of that pressure just by really being present in it and gifting yourself that permission to let that pressure and strain unravel from when we really really want that approval or that love and we we put that extra strain not always on purpose but oftentimes we are motivated by that fear or that desire to really be accepted or that desire to really be accepted or that desire to be accepted or approved of and that's okay because these are things that we we do need in life but where it's really started to impact us in a negative way we can undo some of that pressure right now.

Just keep using the breath and the intention and if we start to change our focus especially in our mind to kindness to ourselves such as I am good enough I'm always doing my best I love myself anyway even when I make mistakes even when I'm not perfect when we start to shift into those sort of messages to ourselves we can also dissolve some of that pressure and strain so just taking a moment to imagine some of the things that you may need to hear that sometimes we want to hear from others especially when we're pushing to do good to do our best to impress others or to do good things imagine right now you could take a moment to really give yourself those messages of how you're doing really give yourself those messages of how amazing you are and how hard you've been working or how much effort you've put in or that even when it turned out to be disastrous that you know you've tried and that that's okay and letting yourself off the hook for those mistakes and just notice how that might help to relax the body and shift the energy just keep relaxing and sending those messages that's it and i'm going to sing a little song which is some ancient syllables and sounds that can help the energy to flow so any energy that you're feeling still a bit stuck around the midsection of the body around the solar plexus any still challenges that you feel or that you think about being yourself and feeling relaxed and free in your expression uh just let that wash away in the sound this is the sound that helps clear away illusions because sometimes we've heard what other people have said because whatever we do we'll give our best but some people will really love that and some people will really not love that and they some of those people will be quite vocal about that but one thing our teacher has said to us over the years it's really helped is what other people think about me is none of my business you know um and so in other words we still try and do our best we try and be respectful and appreciate other people's opinions but we don't take that to heart if if we receive praise or criticism neither of those um that feedback changes your innate goodness which is there regardless and so just releasing any impressions that you have had about yourself or that you've heard other people express or tricky situations work or relationships just gently receive as we allow the old illusions and and restrictions to wash away from the solar plexus plexus my releasing any of those old impressions that are infused with fear or stress that I can't do this or any doubts about yourself or any negative perception of yourself or any I should be doing this should be doing more should be further by now just release any of those pressures or strains that's it open,

Relax make peace with what has been and what is here today there's a lot of good things available and also accepting that as humanity,

As a globe,

As a planet we've been through a lot and still going through a lot of challenges and difficulties and sometimes this can get caught up in our solar plexus of that fear and uncertainty and thinking I should be doing more I should be able to make this okay so just releasing any of that strain or pressure and as that old energy is moving out almost like imagining clouds when they start to look like they're dissolving and the sun starts to appear just imagine that sun-like energy,

That beautiful energy within your solar plexus the energy that's full of all the goodness like self-love and respect just imagine that energy,

That sun-like energy starting to blaze a bit more the truth of who you are the jewels of this energy center that start to emerge when those old energies leave so just feel this energy awakening and emerging a bit more the self-love and respect and trust and just feel that expanding through the energy center helping us to reveal more of those jewels of self-love that true humility that true respect for self where we feel safer to be our self to express our self and just give yourself permission to really ignite that part of self a bit more knowing that you're safe and that you are good enough and as that energy continues to expand through the solar plexus why don't we just say I deserve love and respect I'm doing my best and my best is good enough I am safe to expand this energy center into more self-love honor and respect so be it take a deep breath in and just expanding through the chakra front and back that's it good and keep relaxing into your connection with yourself that's it and just repeat after me I am fully qualified to be myself I am the only one who can be me it's getting easier to know myself to accept myself to respect who I am and to appreciate myself there is strength in me I am courageous I love myself whatever's happening on any given day this helps me to help others I am peaceful comfortable in my skin I know myself I do my best and I remember now I am enough so be it really good everybody and as we're getting ready to come back from our meditation it might be nice to just see if any sort of positive message comes to you that you can start telling yourself more often just to build that energy of self-love maybe something like I am good enough exactly as I am I love myself no matter what whatever comes to you if anything does it might be good to make a bit of a commitment to continue to energize those positive parts energy become more stable just take a moment to reconnect with your breath and your body coming back having a little stretch and a smile good job everybody thank you
