In this Cleansing Meditation, you will be led to connect with the Energy Center called the "Solar Plexus" Chakra. You will be guided to release stuck emotional energy, unhelpful thoughts and programs, plus negativity in self image. With the help of live music, intuitive healing and purifying energy, we release anything from this chakra that is holding us back from more self-love, self-respect and more confidence and peace.
This creates a healthier, more balanced Solar Plexus Chakra.
