So if you feel too,
You can close your eyes and just take this time for self-nurturing and self-care and all that you do for others and all that you are for your family,
Your friends and at work.
Just imagine you can really send love to yourself for all that you do and really honor and appreciate who you are.
Imagine that you can be aware of your heartbeat and that with each heartbeat you can imagine that you can send love to your body,
To all the cells of your body,
Feeling the worthiness and the deserving of love.
And imagine that you can just open yourself up to receive now,
To receive help and support,
To receive healing and love,
Being aware of the sound of the guitar.
And imagine that that vibration in that sound is just full of care and support.
And just imagine your body really soaking that up,
Soaking that vibration up.
Self-care,
Self-love,
Taking time for you.
Imagine every cell of the body starting to vibrate with this nurturing,
Gentle,
Loving energy.
Being aware of the top of the head and just imagine that there was an energetic flower sitting on the top of the head and that you can ask the petals of it to open as if opening up to the sun.
And on your next inhale,
Imagine you could breathe in the energy from above,
Cleansing,
Helpful,
Supportive energy and breathe it down into the body.
Breathe it into every cell of the body.
Imagine it flowing in like a river of cleansing energy and that with each exhale you take,
You can release anything that you no longer need to carry from the day.
Breathing from above,
Down through the body,
Exhale and let go.
Being aware of the hips,
The thighs,
The knees,
The feet and just imagine you can soften this area of the body,
Letting go of any tension and tightness.
Being aware of the jaw,
The shoulders and the neck.
Again,
Relaxing,
Softening,
Letting this energy,
This positive support in the sound and in the light cleanse through and wash through where there's been any stress or tension,
Fear or worry and just really let yourself receive.
That's good everyone.
Just gently opening with every breath,
Using your mind,
Using your focus and intention just to allow thoughts and emotions just to move past,
To drift away.
Having gratitude for the work that you're able to do,
The very important work of helping people.
And just acknowledging,
Accepting that sometimes that can be challenging for everyone involved.
And so send love to yourself,
Send love to the people that you work with and we can use our mind now in a helpful technique along with the music just to really let go of the experiences,
Anything that would cause us disturbance or fear or grief.
So just be aware of that light and that sound washing in from above through your body,
If there's any parts of the body where you feel tension or blocked energy,
Just breathing out through those parts just to allow the muscles to let go,
Allow the mind to let go.
And you can say this out loud,
Sometimes that can be more helpful and powerful to use our voice and our intention but otherwise you can do it silently or just imagine you repeat these words in your mind which also helps to clear these other energies.
So just let that light and sound pour in,
Be aware of the day that was and either in your mind or out loud just repeating after me.
I choose to release any energies or thoughts,
Feelings or worries that I've picked up through the day that are not helpful to me right now.
I let go easily,
Setting this energy free.
So be it,
Breathing in and releasing from your head,
From your shoulders,
From your heart,
Do that once more,
A nice deep breath in and just letting go everywhere.

And just continue to breathe in positive energy and light and breathe out as you exhale from anywhere that feels a bit restricted.
Really focus on your body relaxing.

And then just imagine that energetically you can receive positive vibrations,
