This deep healing meditation designed for total relaxation, enjoyment, and recovery. Close your eyes and a gentle voice with soft ambient music will guide you to a parallel universe, where you can heal and completely relax. This practice will allow you to release stress, move to a place of inner peace and improve your sleep.

Hello,
This is the practice of deep healing relaxation,
Enjoyment and recovery.
Thank you for taking this time for meditation and for choosing me to be your guide.
Make yourself comfortable.
If the temperature in the room is cool,
Cover yourself with a blanket.
Lay down comfortably with your legs and arms wide.
Turn your palms toward the sky.
Allow your body to relax.
Find the most comfortable position for you.
If needed,
Move a little bit right now.
Later you will just enjoy the practice.
This short time is just for you.
Allow your body to recharge the batteries and rest.
Take a deep breath through every cell of your body.
Inhale and exhale.
Eyes are closed and relaxed.
All of your attention right now is on your breathing.
Our goal during practice is to do nothing.
It is not so easy.
During our life we are taught to do something.
And here in this practice,
We need to let everything go.
Right now,
Don't worry about your plans and to-do lists for today.
It can wait for you after the practice.
This time we devote to our soul,
Our relaxed body,
To ourselves.
Remember,
Energy accumulates where you pay attention.
Let yourself accumulate energy inside you.
Listen to my voice and follow it.
Nothing else needs to be done.
Allow yourself to be in a boat which floats on calm,
Transparent waters.
Take a deep breath,
Inhale and exhale.
All your attention is in your relaxed stomach.
Observe how with a breath,
Your stomach fills with freedom and relaxation.
Exhale and let go of all your doubts and worries.
Inhale.
Feel how your body interconnects with the surface.
Exhale and let go of all your fears through the earth.
Your attention slides along your toes and rises up to your feet.
Inhale.
Fill every cell of your body with gratitude,
Love and awareness.
Relax your knees and hips.
The whole bottom of your body is filled with love,
Happiness and harmony.
Both of your legs are completely relaxed,
Heavily resting on the surface.
Attention rises higher.
Your entire abdomen is relaxed.
Feel how your body is filled with light,
How golden rays wrap your body into a warm and comfortable cocoon.
Internally,
They thank each part of your body by sending the energy of gratitude,
Love and health.
Liver,
Thank you.
Kidney,
Thank you.
Reproductive system,
Thank you.
Ceregrus,
Thank you.
Stomach,
Thank you.
Lungs,
Thank you.
Heart,
Thank you.
Feel how your heart is beating.
Send the energy of gratitude to our motor,
Our engine.
Our motor works all day and all night long to keep you alive and healthy.

Feel the pulse of the universe and how it's interconnected with the rhythm of your breath.
Feel the gratitude of the miracle of life.
Attention goes to your back,
Relaxed waist,
Space between your shoulder blades,
Shoulders and your whole back.
All of your ribs,
Each part of your spine,
Each muscle,
A heavy,
Relaxed back rests on your surface.
Send the energy of health,
Flexibility,
Youth and strength to your back.
Let your attention go to your arms.
Relax the space between your fingers,
Your palms,
Elbows and shoulders.
Your heavy,
Relaxed arms are filled with love and gratitude resting on the surface.
You're at this moment right here,
Right now.
Allow your body to completely rest.
Your belly is relaxed.
Your chest,
Lungs,
Entire back and both legs are relaxed.
Your arms and neck are relaxed.
I do not sleep.
I continue to listen to the voice.
Send your attention to your chin.
Relax your lips,
Jaw and tongue.
Relax your cheeks,
Nose and nose wings.
The whole part inside your nose is relaxed.

All masks disappear.

A radiant,

Relax your ears and hair.
Relax the top of your head.

Allow yourself to rest in the waves of your own breath.
Imagine how your body relaxes on the surface of warm sand.
How the fresh breeze tickles your toes.
Hear the sound of the rolling waves.
Feel a pleasant splash of foam from a wave which whispers,

Inhale.
The wave goes through all of your body and washes away all diseases,
All stagnation,
All of your worries.
Allow yourself to feel how this energy of love and gratitude spreads throughout your whole body.
Every muscle,
Every joint,
Every cell from your body.
The tips of your toes to the top of your head is filled with gratitude.
Allow yourself to feel the space outside of your body.
Spread the energy of love to the whole room,
To your whole house,
To your whole neighborhood.
Your energy of love expands and spreads to the whole street.
To everyone who is on this street.
It expands to the whole city and expands to the whole country.
To other countries.
To every small grain of sand and to every big mountain.
Love spreads from your heart to every small plant on earth.
To every big tree.
The energy of love spreads and floats from small streams to big lakes.
From lazy rivers into vast oceans.
The energy of love spreads across the planet and reaches the moon.
We are grateful to the moon for its tiny light which illuminates the way at night.
The energy of love reaches to the sun and we are grateful to the sun for supporting life on earth.
For food,
For its warm golden rays.
For beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
For the opportunity to grow.
The energy of love spreads to nearby planets.
To our entire galaxy.
To neighboring galaxies.

Comfortably take your knees to your chest.
Hug your knees with your arms and roll on either side.
Repeat to yourself.
Only me and this moment.
Just me at this moment.
With a new breath,
Help yourself with your hands to sit up on your surface.
