Hello and welcome.

My name is Mads,

And today we're going to do a guided visualization to help you connect to your inner wisdom and access what you need to move forward.

Today's practice will use visualization to support you in accessing new resources.

Whenever you're ready,

Softly close your eyes.

We'll start with three deep breaths.

Breathe in slowly through the nose and breathe out slowly through your mouth.

Slowly in through the nose and slowly out through the mouth.

One more breath slowly in through the nose and slowly out through the mouth.

Begin to settle into this space.

Allow your body to find whatever shape feels comfortable.

Notice where your body touches your chair.

Feel the ground come up to meet your feet.

Feel how relaxed you are from the top of your head down through your neck,

Down your shoulders and arms,

Spreading down your back,

Your chest and torso into your hips,

Your legs and your feet.

Take another deep breath in and as you exhale,

Begin to see yourself in a coastal town,

A small city on a bay.

Find yourself walking in the street at night,

See the glow in different shops and restaurants.

Feel the subtle hum of people as they move around you.

This is an old city.

Feel the unevenness of the cobblestone streets and notice the wisdom that resides in the layers below you.

As you walk down the street with no particular destination in mind,

Begin to notice the question or thought that keeps catching your attention.

What is it you keep thinking about?

What are you seeking?

If you could put this into one simple phrase,

What would it be?

What would it be?

As you continue making your way through the small streets,

You begin to feel a pull towards the quiet.

You notice that each time you turn,

You're turning towards the quiet and calm.

Things like a strong magnet is slowly pulling you out of the heart of the city,

Away from the lights,

The people,

The laughter,

The chatter,

Away from distractions.

Maybe the ocean air smells good and you're drawn to breathing it in more deeply.

Or,

Perhaps you're seeing something shimmer in the ocean water.

Maybe you crave being enveloped by the sound of the water.

You might even hear a voice in your head whispering,

Go there.

Whatever it might be,

It's calling you to the bay.

It's taking you slowly further and further out until you find yourself at the beach of the bay.

As you take off your shoes and step down onto the sandy beach,

You begin to hear the sand shift beneath your feet.

Feel the warmth the sand still carries from the bright hot sun of the day.

Notice how that warmth begins at your feet and travels up through your body,

Through your legs,

Your hips,

Your torso,

Your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your head.

Notice how safe this warmth feels,

How this warmth is connected to the earth and grounds you as it fills your body.

The pull of the bay continues to bring you forward,

Drawing you out towards the water's edge,

Where the water meets the sand.

Feel the refreshing waves of water kiss your feet,

Cleansing,

Drawing out anything you don't need to carry with you in this moment.

Take a deep breath in and with your exhale,

Release anything that isn't needed into the water.

Notice how light this feels,

How it creates space in your body.

Feel the expansion in your chest,

How it opens up your heart.

Begin to draw your gaze out and up and notice the subtle spot where the water meets the sky.

Only look to the left and right,

See the greenery,

The foliage,

The cliffs as the land creates a horseshoe around the bay,

Hugging the water.

Feel how nestled,

Secure,

And safe this place is.

You're protected here.

As your gaze comes back to the sky,

You see a full moon shining bright.

Notice how it feels as the light of the moon touches your skin.

As it shines on each part of your body,

You relax a little more.

Now bring your attention to the top of your head,

Your crown.

Allow this space to gently open to let in the bright light of the moon.

You may feel a slight shift like a tugging up and back on your ears.

As this happens,

Feel your forehead and eyebrows relax,

Release any tension you're feeling in your jaw.

As you bring your attention back out to the water,

You start to see a light just below the surface of the water.

Notice the color of this light as it grows brighter.

This light is related to a light that lives in your body.

Feel it lighting up inside of you as well in the same color.

What area of your body holds that light?

What muscles,

Tissues,

Or bones hold this light?

Just notice where it is nestled within.

Start to see how energy collects there and connect with that part of yourself that is awakening.

The light within is connected to the light in the water.

They are twin lights as if your internal nature is being reflected back to you.

As you watch the light in the water,

Start to see the water crack open.

See it separate as a hand emerges from the depths,

From the light beneath the surface.

This is your internal nature reaching out.

This is the wise part of you,

The part that knows,

And it's here to give you a gift.

The moon's light illuminates the hand as it emerges out of the water.

There's something in the palm.

There's something there that is important for you right now.

Maybe it's an item.

Maybe it's a piece of paper with words on it.

Or maybe it's an orb that plays sounds.

It could even be a vessel that holds a certain scent.

Or it could be something else.

Whatever it might be,

Reach out and take your gift from the hand.

Take a look at the gift.

Really take it in.

It might not make sense right away,

But it is meant for you,

Just for you.

It might even be a little confusing,

Or have an air of mystery.

This just means the gift's true meaning isn't clear yet,

And that's okay.

What is important now is seeing it,

Receiving it.

The true meaning of this gift may unfold over time.

Trust that it's exactly what you need right now.

Take a moment to take in this gift,

To really see it.

This gift gives you exactly what you need for whatever has been captured.

It's what you need to unlock your way forward.

It gives you insight,

Relief,

And assurance.

As you hold your gift,

You sense the hand slowly re-entering the water,

Returning to the depths of your inner wisdom.

See how seamlessly the water comes back together and returns to its natural rhythm.

Notice how as you hold this gift in your hands,

The light within you grows brighter and stronger.

Take a deep breath and breathe that light into your whole body.

See the color fill every limb,

Every muscle,

Every bone.

I invite you now to open a door to your heart space and place this gift on a shelf in your heart.

Put it there for safekeeping.

You can always return to this space and access your gift.

Begin to see this beautiful bay turn blurry and dissolve as you choose to return to right here,

Right now.

Gently coming back into your body.

Start to feel the rise and fall of your belly with each breath.

Feel the cool air at the tip of your nose as you breathe in.

Start to rub together your fingertips,

Feeling the ridges.

Maybe wiggle your toes.

Whenever you're ready,

Start to gently open your eyes.

I invite you to revisit your gift within your heart whenever you need guidance as you move forward.

You can always breathe in the color of your inner light whenever you want to revisit that moment,

That feeling of connecting with your inner nature and receiving your gift.

Take care.
