Soul Dance

Close your eyes, breathe in a deep breath as you slowly lift your hands to the sky to come together above your head and slowly bring them down to gently touch your forehead and then come to rest in a prayer position over your heart. May your hand open wide, outstretched to open your heart wide. May your soul shine bright towards the world and towards all that you love and everyone you meet. We are all dancing souls.
