Scented soul affirmations a series of mini meditations for the busy mind.

Your intention is a soul affirmation bringing forth into manifestation that which is already attained from within.

Focusing on this present moment these mini meditative affirmations are intended to support one's soul journey as one personally and collectively rises in consciousness.

Find yourself now a quiet and relaxed space and just bring your awareness now to your breathing.

Become aware of yourself as a being of consciousness a soul a light force essence.

Now create space in your head center just behind your third eye and into this space draw in your consciousness.

Sense a lightness in this space and allow yourself to bring forth your heart's intention of harmony.

Affirm within your mind directed from your heart I know harmony.

I give harmoniously.

I receive harmoniously.

I create harmony within my inner and outer worlds.

My actions and manifestations reflect my balanced nature from within.

I am balanced and in harmony with my soul enabling my heart's intentions to manifest.

I know harmony.

I am harmonious.

Direct your consciousness to your heart center and allow the essence of harmony to permeate throughout your entire being.

As above so below.

As within so without.

As is light so is love.

Now bringing your awareness back to the rhythm of your breathing slowly take in a deep breath.

Whilst you start to bring movement back into your body and become present within this moment.

Thank you for gifting yourself with the presence of harmony.
