Welcome to this stress relief meditation.
This mindfulness practice has been recorded with the intention of assisting you in relaxing into presence,
Releasing stress and easing yourself back into your center where the presence of peace can be experienced.
Find yourself now a quiet and relaxed space.
You may do this meditation practice sitting up or laying down.
As you settle into your space remember this is your time for yourself.
There is no place you need to be but here and now.
As you start to feel yourself in your comfortable position I would like you now to bring your attention to your breathing.
Just simply notice the rise and the fall of each breath.
Isn't it magnificent?
Your breath,
Your life force energy that is in its natural flow,
All that is required from you right now is just your attention to your breathing.
You do not need to control it.
Just be the observer of how you are naturally taking in this life force energy and how you are releasing it.
As you drop into your conscious awareness of your breathing,
Bring your attention now to the space in between your eyes,
Your third eye.
And from this space draw in your consciousness.
You may start to notice any thoughts related to situations that are currently playing out in your life that are causing you worry.
Do not push these thoughts away,
Instead welcome them with loving open arms.
As you welcome them you get the opportunity to see them for what they are and how they are affecting your current state of well-being.
With no judgement,
Just stay as the observer like you are watching a movie,
Engaged yet separate.
I invite you now to bring your awareness to the centre of your chest,
Your sacred heart.
Now breathe into the awareness of your sacred heart and give it permission to speak.
Gently listen,
Not through the physical senses yet through the etheric,
Allow its presence to bring through grace,
Understanding and unconditional love towards your current life learnings.
You are in the divine moment of presence and here you are gifted with the grace of light,
Allow this light to illuminate the struggle,
Opening pathways for ease,
For strength,
For vitality.
There is no thing and no one that is able to take this light from you.
And so now I invite you to reclaim your peace,
Taking in a deep breath,
Repeat after me.
My worries are that of the past.
I reclaim the living light.
Where all that is not in service to my well-being.
And peace of mind.
Is removed.
Gently.
I invite peace.
I am grateful for the small and big blessings within my life.
And I follow the path of my heart.
Where truth,
Faith and love walk hand in hand.
Now,
Just allow yourself to relax in this moment and give yourself space to feel.
Bringing your awareness now back to your breath.
I invite you to take a deep breath in.
Bringing your focus to the base of your spine.
And when you release envision roots forming from this space.
Moving deep into the earth beneath you.
Placing your hands on your heart.
Feel the great fullness that is surrounding you.
And that is.
Within you.
Start to bring movement back into your body,
Allowing yourself to stretch.
And as you open your eyes.
Remind yourself.
You are loved.
You are cared for.
And there is no thing and no one that can take your peace without your permission.
