Welcome to this Abundance Sleep Meditation with Light Language.
Abundance is our birthright.
We are surrounded by its gifts.
But we can sometimes forget that abundance is here,
Already available for us.
And we can become blocked or fearful or get lost in stories of lack or scarcity that perhaps don't always serve us.
But we can reprogram our minds as we sleep so that we are more open for the abundance that is inherently ours.
We can rest and receive codes of light,
Codes of support from the cosmos so that we can be more open to receiving the abundance that is our gift on this earth in this lifetime.
So inviting you to settle down the body,
To begin to perhaps take in a few deep cleansing breaths,
Perhaps breathing in your fullest breath in through the nose,
Maybe holding it at the top for a moment and then sighing it out,
Releasing,
Letting go of anything that you're holding from today.
And inviting that cleansing breath again,
Breathing in your fullest breath through the nose,
Holding,
And then sighing out anything that you need to let go of from the day.
One more time,
Breathing in your fullest breath through the nose,
Holding,
And then releasing through the mouth,
Letting go of any tension from the day.
You can continue with that cleansing breath a few more times if you feel cold or if you feel ready to do so,
Returning your breath to its natural rhythm,
Its natural pace,
Breathing in and out through the nose,
Resisting any temptation to try and change or control the breath,
Just bringing your awareness to your stomach area and perhaps watching the rising and falling of this beautiful breath,
Your beautiful body as it moves through the lungs into the stomach,
Watching this rise and fall.
And don't worry if the mind disappears somewhere else,
Just gently bringing it back whenever it does that,
Resting attention on your stomach area,
On the rising and falling of your beautiful breath.
And now that we've relaxed a little through the breath,
Through connecting to the breath,
Just beginning to scan your body,
Maybe beginning at the head or the crown and just starting to scan down over the body,
Noticing any areas that might feel tense or tight from the day and just inviting in a softening,
A beautiful softening in breath,
Directing it to that area of tension and releasing any tension with the out-breath.
Maybe scanning through the jaw and down into the shoulders,
Noticing any tension here and if you find any,
Just breathing in,
Inviting in a softening with the in-breath and letting go of any tension,
Releasing and relaxing a little bit deeper with the out-breath.
And maybe scanning down the arms and into the hands,
Perhaps scanning down the trunk of your body,
Noticing if you're holding at the stomach and inviting a sweet release,
Perhaps scanning down into the hips and the buttocks and inviting a release here too.
And finally,
Scanning down the legs,
Noticing any tension and once again,
Breathing in,
Softening,
Inviting in a release with the breath,
Letting go bit by bit.
Becoming present in the body,
Perhaps after a long day and inviting you now to bring to mind all of the abundance that is already here.
We're going to spend a little bit of time focusing on the abundance that already exists around us before we drift off to sleep.
So taking a moment to give gratitude and recognize the abundant breath available to us,
The breath that we've been breathing in all day,
Every day and that is always there,
Ready and available,
Abundant and all around.
Taking a moment now to notice and bring to mind any connections,
Any friendships,
Any family members,
Maybe any animals in your life and give thanks for the abundant love,
Connection and warmth that's available to you through these connections.
And this can include little interactions as well,
Our small daily interactions with people who work in shops,
Perhaps one of our neighbors,
The little hello that we say when we see a certain person on our dog walk.
Just taking a moment to acknowledge and give gratitude and recognize the abundant number of connections available to us in our day-to-day lives and inviting you now to take a moment to bring to mind something that comes easily to you,
That perhaps is unique to you but that you have in abundance and that you don't have to give a second thought to.
So perhaps this is ideas,
Maybe you always have ideas buzzing around your head and you've never really had to give any thought as to where they come from,
They just arrive in abundance.
Or perhaps you have abundant energy and can manage to go about your day and spin lots of plates and live a life of abundant energy that perhaps others around you might find difficult to master.
Maybe you're an artist or a musician or a creative and you have abundant passion for your art,
You can sit and get lost for hours making your music or painting beautiful pictures and again you don't ever have to think about where this is coming from,
It just flows and is there in abundance already.
So taking a few moments now to reflect on what that might be for you,
What area of your life feels like it's abundant already with little or no effort,
Taking some time to bring that to mind and to be as detailed as possible in thinking about all of the ways in which the abundance in this area of your life already exists and is available to you.
And as we hold the abundance already available to us that we've already mastered in our minds,
As we begin to prepare to drift off to sleep,
Inviting in these light codes and receiving these light codes to magnify,
To multiply,
To give gratitude to the abundance that already exists for us,
Receiving these codes now and just allowing the mind to wander and drift wherever it wants to go without trying to force or control it,
Letting it go wherever it needs to be as you receive these codes to magnify and multiply the abundance that we already have in our lives.
Receiving those codes and allowing them to land as we drift deeper into a state of sleep and next inviting in some light codes,
Some light language to support a releasing of any old conditioning,
Narratives or stories that we're keeping in our minds,
In our energy field or in our bodies that is not serving our highest good,
Our stepping into the abundance that is available all around us at all times,
Receiving these light codes now to release any old programming around lack or scarcity or fear.
And finally,
Receiving these light codes to support a reprogramming of our brains,
Our mind so that we are wired for abundance,
So that we may have a clear focus and vision on the abundance that is available to us,
So that we may rest our attention and energy on whatever vision we would like to bring to life without any doubts or fear around it,
Knowing that the abundance that is available is our birthright in the deepest sense possible in all of the cells of our being.
Receiving this reprogramming now.
And as we do all of this work and reprogramming on a cellular level in your beautiful body,
Mind and spirit,
Receiving these light codes to support deep rest.
And now allowing and receiving those codes,
All of those light codes that we've received for each of those different intentions,
Receiving them now on repeat as you drift off to sleep bit by bit,
Gradually feeling heavier and drifting deeper into a state of rest and peace.
