To be still,
To be calm.
Begin seated.
Let's take a deep breath together.
Let it out.

In the silence,
What comes to mind?
What is a soothing visualization for you?
Might it be imagining that you're outside and there's a perfect blue sky,
The temperature is just right for you,
And you're watching the water in a beautiful lake.
You see the water so tranquil.
It moves.
It ebbs and flows.
It's calm.
In this moment,
You don't need to think about anything else.
You just need to be.
Be calm like the water.
Allow yourself to be soothed.
Take another deep breath in.
Let it go.
