How are you doing in this moment?
It's been an incredible time.
With so many things going on in our external world,
What are we doing to take care of ourselves?
What are we doing to focus on feeling good?
At moments it feels like the weight of the world can be on our shoulders.
There is so much genuine sadness occurring right now.
It's very easy and normal to feel despair,
Sadness,
Anxiety,
Even confusion.
It feels like there's so much divide right now.
But there are ways to try and cope.
So let's take a few minutes to focus inward,
To allow ourselves to feel,
To allow ourselves to heal.
I believe that when we feel good,
We spread good into the world.
Therefore it's not a bad thing to take a few minutes,
Listen to yourself,
And find out what you can do to be happy now,
What you can do to smile right now.
There is good.
We are good.
We make a difference right now.
I want you to smile.
Think about one thing that you love.
What comes to mind immediately?
Is it a person?
Is it a place?
Is it an accomplishment that you've done?
Even in chaos,
There is beauty.
There are reasons to smile.
One of the reasons is you.
You make this world better.
We make this world better because we love,
Because there are people or passion projects that we tend to,
And that spreads our love.
In these very hard moments where it feels overwhelming,
Just stop,
Sit,
Be.
Wouldn't it be an incredible thought if this moment,
This really heavy sad moment,
Was the worst it was going to be?
What if truly the best is yet to come?
How incredible is it to feel that so much goodness is coming?
So many opportunities are coming.
Do not live in fear.
Let's take a deep breath in together.
Let it go.
Let's take another deep breath in together.
Let it go.
Some questions to ask yourself right now.
If you could do anything right now,
What would it be?
What is in your control that you can do right now?
Do not judge this answer.
If the first item that comes to mind is sleep,
That's probably what you need to do.
There is no judgment with your answer,
But sit with the answer.
What would happen if you did this?
I believe there is beauty today.
I believe it starts with each of us.
If each of us can help to make our world a little better,
That will impact the greater world.
This moment is about compassion for yourself.
Again,
Allowing yourself not to be judged for what you need.
Not to be judged for expressing your emotions.
Surround yourself with love.
Surround yourself with joy.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Let it go.
It feels good to have a few minutes of calm.
Ask yourself,
When this meditation is over,
What do I feel like doing?
I challenge you to do it.
I charge you to feel good.
We are one.
We have good.
Let us capture this feeling.
Let us embrace this feeling.
