We're going to focus today that our thoughts become our feelings and our feelings become our actions.
So today is a moment of focusing in on gratitude.
Begin seated.
Lift both of your hands above your head.
Make sure your hands touch at the top and look up.
Look at your hands.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it go and release your hands.
Take your left hand and place it on your right knee.
Very gently turn and look over your right shoulder.
Now come back to center and very carefully take your right hand and place it on your left knee and now very gently look over your left shoulder.
Go back to center.
Take a deep breath in.
Let it go.
This morning you are grateful.
I am grateful for this opportunity for renewal.
I am grateful that I have a safe place to sleep.
I am grateful for the love in my life.
I am grateful for my job.
I am grateful for my health.
Take both of your hands and place them on your heart.
Breathe in.
Let it go.
Speak out loud.
