Hello and welcome.

My name is Lorena and I'm here to guide you into a peaceful night's sleep.

This is a moment just for you to soften,

To release and to gently melt into rest.

Take a moment to settle into bed,

Feel the weight of your body supported,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be,

Just here.

Gently close your eyes,

Feel your breath moving in and out.

Allow your inhale to expand your chest and your exhale to soften everything beneath you.

Breathe in,

Breathe in through your nose and slowly out through your mouth,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Each breath invites calm,

Each exhale releases the tension of the day.

Let your mind begin to settle.

If thoughts arise,

That's okay,

Acknowledge them and imagine placing them on a soft cloud and letting them drift far,

Far away.

Exhale.

Feel the gentle pull of gravity,

Your body getting heavier with every breath.

Notice your feet,

Let them soften,

Your legs relaxing,

Your hips sink deeper into the mattress,

Supported,

Safe.

Your belly softens,

Your chest expands and falls naturally with your breath.

Your shoulders release,

Melting downward.

Let your jaw loosen,

Tongue resting softly,

Eyes getting heavier.

Your whole body resting,

Quieting.

Your thoughts are quieter,

Your breath slower.

Allow yourself to drift,

Know that you are safe,

You are loved,

You are here.

Let your breath guide you,

One breath at a time,

Breathe in,

This is your moment to settle,

To rest,

Let your body drift,

You are lighter,

In peaceful stillness.

Your whole body is resting,

It's quieter.

Enjoy your peaceful sleep,
