Really relaxing your body down,
Letting your muscles go.
Really feel that especially on the out-breath.
Breathing in,
Say to yourself,

Breathing out,
Say to yourself,
I accept all of me.
Breathing in,

Breathing out,

Continue with this.
Breathing in love,
Breathing out acceptance.
Really feel the love flowing into every cell in your body.
Every layer of you,
Every organ.
Every energetic layer of you.
And really feel the relief and the release as you breathe out and let go.
And accept all of you with love.

Before you come,
Bring your awareness back to the feel of your feet on the floor.
The weight of your body on the seat.
