Transcript

Resting comfortably on your seat,

Breathe in and breathe out.

Really relaxing your body down,

Letting your muscles go.

Really feel that especially on the out-breath.

Breathing in,

Say to yourself,

I breathe in love.

Breathing out,

Say to yourself,

I accept all of me.

Breathing in,

I breathe love.

Breathing out,

I accept all of me.

Continue with this.

Breathing in love,

Breathing out acceptance.

Really feel the love flowing into every cell in your body.

Every layer of you,

Every organ.

Every energetic layer of you.

And really feel the relief and the release as you breathe out and let go.

And accept all of you with love.

You can continue this breathing for as long as you wish.

Before you come,

Bring your awareness back to the feel of your feet on the floor.

The weight of your body on the seat.

And open your eyes in readiness to go about your day.

Just remember that you are always breathing.

You can breathe in with love.

You can breathe out with acceptance.

Anytime you choose.

I breathe in love.

I breathe out acceptance.

I am love.

I accept all of me.
