During this meditation,
We will bring in the power of the rays of light,
Bringing it into the central column of light,
Reconnecting with it,
And resetting its power in our lives.
Let us start by becoming comfortable and taking a comfortable but upright position from where to work.
Start taking some deep and gentle breaths.
Breathing in,
Nice full breaths,
Holding it for a moment,
And then consciously letting go.
Really feel yourself letting go of the old,
Stale energy,
And with each breath in,
Allow your body to be filled with light,
Pure,
Unconditional.
Visualize your body as having a column of light running from the back of your head all the way down your spine to the coccyx.
It is a wide column,
And there seems to be a lot going on inside of it.
As we become aware of it,
We become aware that our chakras are in this column.
It has within it all the qualities of the chakras.
It has within it all the qualities of your physical bodies.
But it also carries within it the knowledge and the wisdom of your mind.
This column of light is so much more than you can see.
It is all good and well to form a background.
But you realize that it is not just a background.
It is that upon which everything else depends.
Your body and your mind.
They are all sustained,
They are all protected.
Your column of light is directly linked to your higher consciousness.
The God within.
This column is pure.
It is imbued with the most magnificent qualities.
Everything that your spirit wants for you.
And everything that your spirit can provide for you to draw upon.
The energies of this column of light is so much more.
It will sustain you through everything if you can simply remember that it is there.
If you can simply remember that it sustains you.
That there is no way you can necessarily see it.
Take a deep breath now and set the intent to align your energies with the beautiful energies of the column of light.
To reset that connection and to draw those energies back in.
That you may align your physical qualities,
Your mental qualities with these qualities of pure love.
Helping your soul to grow and bringing yourself back to an alignment of pure God force loving energy.
Start now by projecting the ray of love to above your head.
This is the first ray and it brings to you the power of God.
Its gift is strength,
Balance and willpower.
It brings to you faith in God's will and protection and in the knowing that you are protected.
Gently guide this ray down into your third eye.
Feel its energy vibrating as you bring it into your body and into your throat.
Then follow it down as it enters your heart space and feel your heart as it goes there.
Feel how your heart flutters.
And this ray then flows forth into your solar plexus.
Bringing you into your center.
Anchoring the love within you as it flows through to your sacral center.
And you can feel it.
You can feel it in your lower back,
In the abdominal area and then in the base chakra.
You feel this love ray coming down and the energy of it turning around and going up.
Creating an active flowing energy.
This is your center.
This is who you truly are.
And everything else flows from here.
Your chakras are fed through the love ray by spirit.
This is the ray of your I am presence.
The most powerful space in your physical body for it encompasses your entire energy body.
Including the physical.
Stay with this love ray for a few minutes and feel its energy as it infuses your body.
Going out through your arms,
Your legs,
Your entirety and then gently bring it back to the column of light in your center.
Know that this is your basic column and whenever you say the words I am in my center or I wish to center,
I am going within.
This is the space that you enter.
This is the space that keeps you centered and always in flow with spirit.
Within this love ray we call to the second ray which is the wisdom of God.
The wisdom ray fills this energy.
It blends with the love ray.
Not only does the second ray bring us wisdom but it brings us understanding and illumination of the intelligence and the knowledge that we gain in our lives.
It also teaches us that without understanding and without love,
Intelligence and knowledge means very little.
But feel as your mind opens up to accept this wisdom,
To unlock it deep within you and go forth from here seeing this energy at work in your life.
The next ray brings us the power of God,
The power to discern spirits,
To discern the presence of God through goodness,
Through beauty.
It reminds us that we are the creators of our universe.
It reminds us that we carry the gifts of creation within us and connects us to that.
Feel as this energy of beauty and goodness flows through you,
Opening the beauty in your environment that you may see it in all things.
Now surrender to the purity of God.
This joy brings into our lives and into this column purity,
The assurance of the resurrection and of joy.
When we align with this ray,
We do not believe in miracles,
We know absolutely they absolutely exist.
And we create them every moment of every day,
They surround you and your life is filled with blessings and miracles.
Being in alignment with this ray allows you to see it and to experience it.
The fifth ray brings into this column of light the truth of God through consecration to your divine energy.
You are given the power of healing,
The power of bringing health to your body,
To your mind and to all aspects of your life through focus and faith.
And as this ray infuses this column now,
Feel your health,
Feel your body,
Feel your life as if there are no blockages,
As if you are in perfect health.
And know,
Absolutely know and accept that pure health,
Magical health,
Your birthright is available in the blueprint to you every moment of every day.
You simply need to accept and embrace it.
We move on to the sixth ray,
Which is the peace of God.
This ray brings a deep seated peace,
But it also brings a sense of brotherhood and knowing that you are here to serve,
To serve your land,
To serve those around you,
To understand God's love and creation and to understand it by living without judgment through peace.
For that brings within you a place of knowing that no matter what happens,
All is well.
And finally,
You bring in the seventh ray,
Inviting it into your life.
This is the ray of freedom,
The freedom of God.
And Saint Germain brings this in,
Teaching and holding for us the energy of compassion,
Of mercy,
The freedom to communicate with the God force within us and through our inner divine force,
With the ultimate creator.
The father,
Mother,
God,
Who asks of us to acknowledge who we are,
Who assures us that we have the ability to communicate with spirit,
To prophesy and to work miracles.
When we are in alignment with a central column,
We are completely infused with all the gifts of spirit.
And the light and the love,
The peace,
The beauty and the purity of God is present in us always.
It is these energies within this central column that lights up and sustains the threefold flame of God in our hearts.
And as we grow and live in alignment with God,
With our inner God force,
Our divinity,
This light expands.
Feel this now as it expands in your heart center and set the intent to shine your light into the world.
To be the most humble yet powerful light.
When you live in your center aligned with all of these gifts from spirit,
You automatically become a beacon of light.
Someone that others can hold on to,
That others may reach out to on the way to their own center.
Feel now as the love ray opens up in the center column and all the other rays gently circulate.
Infuse your energy,
Leaving you aligned and aligned,
A magnificent beam of light.
Go forth knowing no matter what the outside world may bring to you,
All is well.
Affirm this and affirm yourself throughout the day with the words,
