Wonderful human.
This is a meditation for when you are stuck at work and just need a moment.
So take a deep breath here.
Take a moment for yourself.
Taking another deep breath,
Allowing some ease to move into your body as you slow down and take a quick pause in your day.
Allowing your breath to be your guide,
Allowing your breath to rejuvenate you and restore you so that with each inhale,
You are welcoming in more and more support and with each exhale,
You are letting go of anything you no longer need.
Knowing that taking just two minutes to yourself will help you to restore,
To revive every cell in your body so that you can go and be the most successful,
Beautiful,
Kind and wonderful version of you and that you can let that radiate out to everyone you come in contact with.
Let your radiant spirit shine.
Taking three more deep breaths on your own and then whenever you're ready,
Opening your eyes and getting ready to tackle whatever comes next.
