Pause For Presence - Monthly Meditation Circle (March)

In this 1-hour live session, you're warmly invited to step away from daily momentum and connect to a more centered, present, and embodied experience. We begin with noble silence to allow your body, mind, and emotions to settle naturally. From there, we move into guided practice, weaving together mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, and compassion-based inquiry.
During this time, you'll practice meeting your thoughts, emotions, breath, and sensations with spaciousness and care, without pressure to change anything. This is simply a space to listen to your inner rhythms and practice being present.
Sharing is welcome afterwards, athough not required. Most find this time profoundly relaxing, and an opportunity to safely nurture the possibility of deeper presence within yourself.
