Join me for a gentle, embodied hour where we'll use the ancient practice of Qi Gong to calm your nervous system, release stuck emotions, and restore balance through slow, intentional movement and breath.
During our time together, we'll explore:
(1) Understanding Qi Gong as Nervous System Medicine (10 minutes)
A brief introduction to how Qi Gong's gentle movements, acupressure points, and healing sounds regulate your vagus nerve, balance your nervous system, and support emotional release, no experience needed, just curiosity and willingness to move slowly.
(2) Guided Qi Gong Practice (40 minutes)
You'll be gently guided through accessible movements, acupressure points, and healing sounds to release tension, calm anxiety, ground your energy, and restore flow in your body. These practices include gentle shaking, flowing sequences, breathwork, and grounding postures you can return to anytime.
(3) Warm Q&A Space (10 minutes)
Share what you noticed and receive support in making this practice your own.
This session will help you if you want gentle movement to process emotions, calm anxiety, or feel more connected to your body's wisdom.
