Using Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra, we can fully relax & transcend the layers of our consciousness and connect to our deepest self that is often forgotten in the busy world. Let this practice take you into your intuition and guide you to connect to your own inner knowings and wisdom within. Use the darkness of the Moon as a blank canvas and create new intentions for your life, body & self.
Join me for this practice of a gentle Yin Yoga practice with Yoga Nidra meditation to move deeper into the magical time of the new moon. Together, we'll plant the seeds and set our intentions to begin manifesting as the moon waxes towards full. Use this practice to settle down, rest or prepare for sleep.
