Pause For Presence Monthly Circle (April)
With Freebird Meditations
In this 1-hour live session, you're warmly invited to step away from daily momentum and connect to a more centered, present, and embodied experience.
We begin with noble silence to allow your body, mind, and emotions to settle naturally. From there, we move into guided practice, weaving together mindfulness meditation, somatic awareness, and compassion-based inquiry.
During this time, you'll practice meeting your thoughts, emotions, breath, and sensations with spaciousness and care, without pressure to change, fix, or transcend anything. This is simply a space to listen to your inner rhythms and practice being with what is.
Sharing is welcome afterwards, although not required. Most find this time profoundly relaxing, and an opportunity to safely nurture the possibility of deeper presence within yourself.

Normally held on the second Thursday at 8pm CST, this month’s gathering will take place on the third Thursday here on the Insight Timer app. I look forward to practicing together. ~Katie
