You’re invited to join a Yoga Nidra meditation designed to help you release stress, soften tension, and settle into deep calm. Today we will seek our Inner Resource to feel a sense of security, calm, and well-being within the body. Finding our inner sanctuary or "safe haven" that helps manage stress, overwhelm, by knowing a state of being "okay" at any moment. Together, we’ll move into stillness, letting worries melt away as you reconnect with a sense of ease, clarity, and inner peace. All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, and let my voice guide you through this deep relaxing and restful experience. Have blankets, pillows and an eye pillow available for extra comfort.
