Bring a warm beverage of your choice and experience a mindful drinking ritual designed to relax the body, open the senses, and nourish the spirit. As you settle in you will savor a guided experience of presence, calm, and meditation. Keep your drink in a flask or a cup with a lid to keep it warm. A quiet time to pause and to be in the moment while you sip away at your drink and take part in a guided meditation. A great way to start the day or end the day (or any time). Take some relaxing time out drinking our drinks together.
