This is a guided sleep meditation to help calm the body and mind and help you drift into a restful sleep. Set your alarms for the morning, get cozy, take a few deep breaths, and fall asleep to this meditation nightly.

Welcome to Little Shop East Meditations.

I'm your host Amy and this meditation is to help you drift off into a restful sleep.

Before you get comfortable,

Make sure your alarm is set for the morning and that any other of your evening routine habits are complete before we begin.

Find a comfortable position that you could fall asleep in and release any movement you need to let out.

And then take a few slow inhales in and exhales out.

There is nothing that needs to be on your mind at this time.

Rest is one of the most powerful tools you can have and getting a good night's rest will help you be a better you tomorrow.

There is nothing that needs to be done at this time except for rest.

Release your day.

Release any conversations or interactions you've had.

Release any cords of energy being cut with white light all around you,

Releasing you from any emotional or physical ties at this time.

Allow your breath to naturally flow in and out at its natural pace.

Feel your body relaxing more and more,

Sinking deeper and deeper into your mattress.

Let your day be released at this time.

Feel a warm,

Healing,

Glowing light all around you,

Cleansing you of any stress,

Any emotions,

And anything you no longer need.

You are surrounded in warmth,

Comfort,

And peace.

Any worries you have,

Any thoughts that are lingering,

Let them melt away.

Welcome the feeling of falling asleep and know that rest will heal and strengthen your body.

Give yourself permission to let the day go and drift off to sleep.

Visualize a warm,

Healing light starting at the base of your feet,

Your toes,

Slowly moving up to your knees,

Relaxing your legs more and more.

Feel the light moving up to the base of your spine,

Up through your belly button,

Floating up through your heart,

Passing your throat,

Moving to the point between your eyes,

And then flowing all the way up to the crown of your head.

Allow this light to circle through your body freely,

Cleansing you,

Healing anything from your day or your week,

Relaxing you more and more until you drift off to a restful sleep.

You feel calm.

You feel warm,

Healing light all around you.

You feel comfort and peace.

Allow your mind to shut off for the day and let your subconscious take over while you sleep,

Offering guidance through peaceful dreams,

Allowing you to wake up rested and energized in the morning.

Your body is cleansed of anything it no longer needs,

And you are free to fall asleep to fully and completely rest your body at this time.
