Trusting ourselves more deeply allows us to not only see more clearly what it is that we need and want for ourselves, but to also make choices that are in alignment with our true selves.
This meditation guides you to touch upon that part of yourself that is ever-knowing - to step into a space of inner trust, confidence, clarity, and freedom.

Hello and welcome to a guided meditation to help you to nurture and nourish the seed of self-trust,

To allow it to grow.

Wherever you find yourself today it's coming to find a comfortable seated position,

Giving yourself enough support so that your spine can grow tall yet relaxed.

And as you settle in,

Allowing the eyes to soften closed,

Having a gentle shrug of the shoulders to begin to invite any tension held there to soften and melt.

And let's take three deep breaths together.

Inhale deeply through the nose and then exhale releasing any doubts or fears.

Inhale deeply,

Exhale surrendering to the present moment.

One more time inhaling deeply and exhaling completely as you feel more grounded,

More centered in yourself.

To settle into its own rhythm as you bring your awareness to the crown of the head and imagine a warm golden light slowly descending,

Moving down through the head,

The neck and the throat,

Continuing to move down the body.

That golden light relaxing every muscle and every cell that it touches.

And as you continue to allow and feel that golden light moving down,

Continuing its journey,

Caressing your shoulders,

Chest,

Your arms,

Moving its way all the way down to the tips of your toes.

And as this light radiates into every cell of your being,

Enveloping you in a warm golden light,

You sense an inner feeling of security,

Knowing that you are safe in this space.

Now visualizing yourself standing at the edge of a dense forest.

This forest represents your fears,

Anxieties and any past experiences that may have chipped away at your ability to trust yourself.

But here in this space,

You have a guide to imagine a radiant figure emerging,

Walking towards you.

In the vision of your highest self,

The wisest part of you becomes clearer and reassuringly they take your hand and together you step into the forest.

As you walk,

You feel the support and the guidance of your highest self.

With each step,

You feel an inner sense of confidence and self-assurance growing.

The fears,

The anxieties,

The doubts are fading away with the presence of your highest self.

As the golden light that fills your body,

Shines a light on the shadows,

Illuminating your path so that you may see more clearly what it is that you need to do.

Emerge now on the other side of the forest,

Finding yourself in a beautiful meadow,

Bathed in sunlight.

This meadow represents the trust,

Clarity and alignment with your true self that you have been seeking.

Here in this expansive meadow,

You are free.

In this space,

You feel empowered,

Love and a deep sense of inner trust.

Allow yourself to move throughout this space in any way that feels good to you.

Perhaps that is to lay down in the grass,

Or run through with arms wide open,

Or in any other way that feels good to you.

Trusting that your body knows how to move.

Bathing yourself in this feeling of trust and freedom.

Taking a moment to turn to your highest self and thank them for their guidance,

For their support.

As we begin to draw a close to this practice,

Beginning to take a deeper breath into your body,

Letting the breath go.

Taking one breathing in,

A sense of self-trust.

Exhaling,

Letting go of the need.

As you begin to bring your awareness back to your surroundings,

You feel that golden light begin to draw back into a twinkling light at the solar plexus.

An inner sense of trust that is always with you.

As you begin to wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes,

Making any movement that your body might need now.

You slowly begin to open your eyes.

Thank you for sharing this practice with me today,

From my heart to yours.

Have a beautiful day.
