Hello.
I hope you're having a good day,
Morning,
Afternoon,
Evening.
Take a second,
Close your eyes.
Make sure you're in a comfortable position.
Laying down or seated.
And take some deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Just like that.
Observing the breath,
Not trying to change anything.
Noticing the texture,
The length,
The pace.
Take one more really good deep breath in through your nose and sigh it all through your mouth.
Good.
So right now we're just taking a break in the day.
There's nowhere you have to be.
Nothing you have to do.
It's okay if your thoughts wander.
Just come back to my voice or come back to your breath.
The breath is always an anchor to bring us back to the present moment.
Just watch your mind for a moment as if you're a neutral witness observing without judgment.
As each thought comes and goes,
Imagine that it's a leaf floating by on a stream.
Letting it gently fade away into the distance.
Not trying to stop it or control it.
It's accepting it for what it is.
These thoughts are going to come and go no matter what.
We're human.
Don't punish yourself for having the thoughts.
Realize that you are not your thoughts.
If you are observing them,
You cannot be them.
So just sit back and watch from a place of pure awareness.
Your essential nature.
And try to realign yourself with that flow throughout the day.
You can always come back to this place.
Remember what this peace feels like in your mind,
In your body,
In your general space.
In the energy,
The frequency.
We're always spreading some kind of energy and always taking in some kind of energy.
So use coming back to the present as a way of channeling that.
Let's take some more deep breaths.
Inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Pause.
Just let it sit.
And then a deep breath in through the nose.
Let it out through the mouth.
Pause.
Inhale through the nose and sigh it all out through the mouth.
Good.
Keeping your eyes closed,
Start to wiggle your fingers and your toes returning to your physical space.
And when you're ready,
Blink your eyes to open.
It's been great meditating with you today.
I wish you peace.
Namaste.
