Make some time for yourself and choose a place where you can sit or lie quietly in a posture that doesn't bother you.

You can close your eyes and open them occasionally according to your feelings.

It's important to try to be focused and evoke as intensely as possible the images I shall describe.

Start with breathing in and out deeply and slowly.

Follow the path of the breath being taken in through your nose and leaving your body again through your nose.

You may place one or both hands on your heart if this is necessary for you at this moment.

If not,

Simply rest your hands in your lap or at some other place,

Depending on the position you have assumed.

Listen to my voice and imagine the following.

Imagine you are still in your bed.

It's early in the morning and it's almost time to get up.

Your bedroom door is open and suddenly you hear some steps on the chestnut plank floor in the hallway.

You turn your head in the direction of the sound and you see your four-foot furry friend slowly approaching you.

Delighted you call his or her name and encouraged by your voice,

His first hesitant attempt at reproachment turns into a full gallop.

He enthusiastically jumps on the bed and immediately licks your face very energetically.

You do narrow your eyes for a moment and you can't help it.

A laugh is escaping as he's proceeding so terribly and his somewhat rough tongue leaves a wet trail on your skin.

You can't stop smiling and you ask him to stop and tut,

He falls down beside you and lays his soft warm head on your wet jaw.

He's so happy to be with you and you feel his unconditional love.

It makes you weak and lovingly you stroke his head and scratch a little around his ears.

He likes this and he lays down on his back and keeps his mischievous notes squinting at you with shining eyes.

He produces a few soft growling sounds as if to say I love you so much.

You feel his warm fur against you and are so grateful that this little creature gives you so much attention.

You want him to feel that your love is mutual and start to caress his belly and your hand is wandering over his soft skin.

You briefly tickle his armpits and you hold a paw while you grope one toe at a time and let one finger descend between them.

Your hand returns to the inside of his widely spread thighs.

You open your eyes for a while and it's really funny how he lays there with his hand and front legs stretched in the air.

You tenderly touch him between his thighs and tail and gratefully he raises his head.

He looks at you with that super loyal look and then let himself roll onto one side and gestures for him to fall asleep.

You put an arm around his little body and you give him a big hug and kiss on his neck.

You look through the window from your bed.

The sun has risen.

It's so quiet and the light is beautiful.

You move your body for a moment and he knows that it's no time to get up.

You enjoy this moment of joy a little longer and you are standing up.

He's also jumping from the bed.

You are just looking at each other for a while and a new day has started.
