Welcome to this healing meditation for the sacral chakra,

The energy center of your creativity,

Emotions,

And joy.

Begin by settling into a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down,

Allowing your hands to rest gently on your belly or hips.

When you're ready,

Softly close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through the nose,

And exhale slowly through the mouth.

Inhale again deeply,

And exhale fully.

Let your body begin to soften and flow naturally.

Let your body begin to relax.

Bring your awareness to your lower abdomen,

The space just below your navel.

Imagine a warm orange light glowing in this space.

This is your sacral chakra,

Your center of feeling,

Expression,

Sensuality,

And flow.

Visualize this orange light swirling gently like water,

Calm and alive.

With each inhale,

This light grows brighter.

With each exhale,

It softens and spreads.

Inhale expansion.

Exhale release.

Let yourself surrender to this fluid energy.

You are safe to feel.

You are safe to create.

You are safe to enjoy.

Imagine standing beneath a warm waterfall of orange light.

It washes over your belly,

Your hips,

Your inner thighs,

Releasing any shame,

Tension,

Or emotional heaviness.

Allow this light to cleanse your emotional body.

Let go of control.

Let go of judgment.

Let it all flow.

Now take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Relax your lower body even more.

Breathe gently into this space,

Trusting what arises.

Now let's repeat some affirmations together.

Speak them out loud if you'd like,

Or simply let them sink into your being.

I honor my emotions.

I embrace my creativity.

I allow pleasure to flow through me.

I am open to feeling joy.

I am in the flow of life.

Let your breath be soft and steady.

Notice how your body feels fluid,

At ease,

Alive.

Allow this orange light to radiate from your core,

Surrounding your entire body in warmth and grace.

You are allowed to feel.

You are allowed to change.

You are allowed to bloom.

Begin to gently return to the space around you,

Bringing awareness to your fingers and your toes,

Inviting subtle movements into your body,

Rolling your shoulders back or swaying gently.

Take one more full breath in,

And exhale slowly.

Bring your hands to your heart.

Feel the warmth of your own presence.

When you're ready,

Softly open your eyes.

Carry this sense of emotional flow and freedom with you into the rest of your day.
