My name is Leigh.
Welcome to this Stargate meditation.
Let me take a moment to give you a brief introduction.
This is a completely guided meditation and the best part is there's nothing for you to do.
The more relaxed you are,
The more you can connect to the energies.
The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure that radiates a conscious energy,
An energy that can move you into a deep meditative state within moments.
In the meditation,
We will be raising the vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional frequencies.
Nothing for you to do,
You simply relax and allow and your own energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational energies of the Stargate.
Each one of us will have our own unique experience and no two meditations will be the same.
The energies come to you individually and will be perfect for you in the moment.
I will be asking each of us to ask for certain things during the meditation.
This is an invitation for you to ask silently and gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of the meditation.
It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the meditation.
That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted.
If all this is new to you,
Simply relax,
Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Sit,
Lay down,
Whatever works for you.
Feeling the body,
Beginning to relax,
Let go,
Allowing any tensions or frustrations,
Thoughts to just disseminate.
Maybe taking a minute to tune into your body in this moment.
How does it feel?
Maybe adjusting the body in any way that feels comfortable and feeling the body relax and sink into the chair,
The bed,
The couch,
Whatever it is you're in.
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Feeling that breath into the body and that release of breath out of the body.
Tuning into this moment right now.
And allowing that awareness to go into the body and see if you can connect with the energy of your body,
Energy that's flowing through all the cells,
Energy moving around you and allowing yourself to relax a little deeper.
And then each one of us,
Let's ask inside for the energy of the earth to come up into our bodies and into our energy field.
We call for the energy of the earth to come up into our body and into our energy field.
Maybe sensing a little shift in the energy within you or around you.
The energy of the earth comes into every cell of the body.
Maybe imagining yourself thinking a little bit deeper,
Relaxing a little bit more into the comforts of the earth,
Of Gaia.
And now each one of us,
Let's invite an etheric stargate to form around you.
So imagining now a stargate or perhaps a pyramid if you're not sure exactly what a stargate looks like.
Just imagining yourself relaxing within that shape,
Using your imagination to form a stargate around you.
And seeing within your imagination yourself relaxing now within that form,
Whatever that looks like for you.
We're going to ask each of these stargates to activate.
So each one of us asking inside,
We call for the activation of all these etheric stargates and all the physical stargates around the world.
Each and every one of the stargates now activating.
And as we relax in this moment,
Our own energy,
This naturally begins to harmonize with the energies of the stargates.
There's nothing for you to do.
We're going to begin raising that frequency of all of the stargates and we do that by moving through the dimensional frequencies.
Vibrate all of the stargates faster and faster.
This is a gentle process,
Moving the stargates through the fourth dimension and the fifth dimensional frequencies,
Continuing to vibrate all of the stargates and moving into the sixth dimensional frequencies and gently moving into the seventh dimensional frequency ranges where we're going to pause all the stargates for a moment.
All the stargates now are vibrating at the seventh dimensional frequencies.
I'm going to invite each one of us to ask for a strong seventh dimensional energy field.
So each of us asking inside,
We call for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in all the stargates.
We're breathing and relaxing.
In this moment,
Our own energy just naturally begins to harmonize with these seventh dimensional frequencies.
Nothing for you to do.
Know that you are safe in this moment.
Know that you are worthy and you are deserving as you relax and allow these energies to flow through your body and around your body within your stargate.
We're going to continue now to raise the vibrational frequency a little bit higher,
Beginning to vibrate the stargates faster,
Moving into the eighth dimensional frequencies,
Into the ninth dimensional frequencies and into the 10th dimensional frequency ranges,
Continuing to vibrate all of the stargates faster still,
Moving into the 11th dimensional frequency ranges and now into the 12th dimensional frequencies where we pause all of the stargates again and these 12th dimensional frequencies.
Each of us asking for a strong 12th dimensional energy field.
So asking inside,
We call for a strong 12th dimensional energy field in all the stargates.
All the stargates now vibrating in these 12th dimensional frequencies,
Relaxing as our body harmonizes with the stargate and the frequencies vibrating within the stargate.
We become more sensitive to these higher vibrational beings,
These ascended masters,
Our guides,
Our star families.
And we like to begin by inviting the presence of the angels.
So each one of us asking inside,
We call for the presence of the angels,
For the angelic realm to join us in this meditation within our own stargate.
We call for the presence of the angels,
Allowing these beautiful energies of the angels to move through your body,
Around your body as you breathe and relax,
Knowing that you are worthy,
That you are deserving.
The angels bring their energy to you.
Allowing the experience,
Your own imagination to experience this presence of the angels.
I'd like to ask for each one of us to take a moment to just relax.
Allow us to invite now the presence of the moon,
Magic of the moon,
The energy of the moon.
So each one of us asking inside,
We call for the energy of the moon now to join us in this meditation.
Allowing yourself to perhaps melt or just connect fully into the presence to the energy of the moon,
This divine feminine energy now coming to you,
Moving through your body,
Around your body.
Knowing that these energies are clearing and cleansing through the body,
Bringing balance and harmony into every cell of your body,
Trillions of cells of your body,
Now vibrating in these energies.
Knowing that it is just your intention to connect,
Your intention to allow the flow of energy.
Breathing and relaxing.
And let's invite now the presence of Mother Mary,
Her unconditional love,
This pure source energy of love in this moment.
So each one of us asking inside,
We call for the presence of Mother Mary,
Of the blessed mother.
And allowing ourself to fully experience this loving presence.
Knowing that this love is not defined by time or space,
That it moves through every moment of our earthly lifetime,
Of all moments.
Allowing this love to flow through every part of your beingness,
Flowing through your physical body,
Maybe feeling it in the heart space or in another part of your body,
Just allowing that flow,
That connection,
That release,
That surrender,
That knowingness,
Allowing trust and the vibration of love in every cell of your body as you relax and allow.
Connecting with your truth,
Your divine love.
And let's invite now this energetic presence of Isis.
So each one of us asking inside,
We call for the presence of Isis.
And whether or not you know who this presence is,
Have any connection,
Just allow this energy to flow through you and around you.
Knowing that whatever is coming to you in this moment,
Whatever experiences you have is exactly right for you in this moment.
Allowing the gifts of Isis,
The truth of Isis to resonate in every cell of your body,
Receiving this gift and all that it brings to you.
Allowing a release of any tension,
Any thought forms,
Doubts or beliefs.
As you breathe,
As you relax and bringing your awareness to every cell of your body,
That resonance,
That truth of your beingness as you connect to your truth,
Your knowingness and allowing a relaxation into this truth,
Into this awareness.
That you are whole and complete.
That you are love,
That you are divine in all that you are,
In all moments.
And allowing yourself to accept the gifts of your truth,
The gifts in this moment.
I receive all gifts.
I allow myself to receive.
I release any doubts,
Any thought forms,
Any beliefs that do not resonate in my truth.
Let's invite now the energy of the sun,
The brightness of our beingness,
This resonance of truth.
So each one of us,
We call for the energy of the sun to come to us in this moment.
And feeling in every cell of the body now the resonance,
The energy,
The power,
The source of our beingness on this earth,
The power,
The energy of the sun,
This divine masculine,
Allowing balance and harmony in every cell of our body,
Knowing that there's nothing for you to do.
Allowing the truth,
The resonance,
Your vibrational magnificence to resonate in every cell in this moment.
Knowing that you are seen,
That you are heard,
That you are appreciated,
You are valued,
That you are worthy and deserving.
And that in this moment,
That you can allow the release of any thought forms,
Beliefs,
Any energies in the body that do not resonate in this truth to be released easily and effortlessly in this moment.
As the energy moves through your body,
Easily and effortlessly,
Reminding every cell of your body of who you are,
Your magnificence.
Let this light,
This sound,
This energy that you radiate,
It is truth,
It is love,
It is ever present and it is oneness,
That it connects you to all there is.
All there is within you and around you,
Connects you to this planet,
To all the planets,
It connects you to each one of us here in this meditation.
That you are safe.
You are loved.
You are beloved.
And inviting now the energy of the earth,
Again just reconnecting to each one of us,
Calling in the energy of the earth to ground us in all that we are here in this moment,
In our physical body,
In our emotional body,
Our mental body,
Our spiritual body,
All of us.
Calling in this energy of the earth,
Imagining ourselves sinking down into the center of the planet,
The crystalline energy.
Breathing in this energy into every cell of our body,
Feeling at peace,
Feeling a connection to all that we are.
Allowing the radiance in every cell,
Allowing our individual gifts to be known,
To be experienced with ease,
With grace.
And now I'm inviting each one of you to just as you radiate and all that you are to invite your guides or the guides that are with you in this moment to join us.
The presence of these amazing,
Beautiful,
Benevolent beings,
Wherever they may be and you may not even know who they are,
But just inviting at this moment the presence of who would like to be with you in this moment.
Allowing your imagination to experience now the presence,
The energy,
The love,
The vibration of these guides,
Of these beings.
Perhaps experiencing the heart space,
Opening to this love or noticing your body reacting or experiencing the energy flowing through you.
And then inviting a message,
Allowing a receiving of a gift in this moment.
Perhaps a question that you want to ask.
And then allowing yourself to receive fully without expectation.
As you breathe and relax,
Allowing the truth to be known.
Allowing the truth and the resonance of your own self,
Of your divine beingness to be.
Knowing that you are whole,
That you are sovereign and that you are free.
As you resonate,
As you vibrate in the trillions of cells of your body,
Your truth,
Your knowingness,
The love that you are,
That you resonate in the oneness of all there is.
I'm feeling a strong presence of a few different beings,
But it is the fairies that really want to be with us in this moment,
Sprinkling their magic.
Each one of us allow this magic to resonate with you,
Within you.
Asking inside,
We call for the presence of the fairies,
For the magic and allowing our own selves to easily and effortlessly receive.
And perhaps even allowing a smile to form on your mouth and just your whole body really sensing,
Really responding to the truth,
To your magnificence,
To this magic of who you are.
Allow your awareness once more to connect with the breath and allowing yourself to feel that breath coming into the body,
Into the heart space,
The awareness of that breath in the body,
The breath moving through the body.
And each breath just bringing more awareness to your physical self,
Feeling the radiance of the energy moving through your body.
Maybe feeling your skin and the radiance of you around you,
The energy around you.
Beginning to feel the weight of your body now,
Maybe connecting to the energy of what's supporting you,
The energy of you and what's supporting you.
And then just beginning to feel the fingertips reconnecting to the senses of the body,
The fingertips feeling the hands and the energy radiating from your palms and your fingertips and feeling your skin and the energy that radiates.
They both exist.
Slowly moving the hands along the body,
Feeling your body,
Beginning to move slowly and gently stretching,
Reconnecting the physical body,
The energetic body.
To feel the blessing of this physical body that you get to be in,
That you have in this moment,
This beautiful body and the blessing of this moment that you've taken for your own self to reconnect to your truth,
The love that you are.
And when you're ready,
You can gently open the eyes a little bit at a time and allow yourself to see the space around you and your own resonance,
Your own vibration that is mirrored all around you in the space around you.
Slowly bringing yourself back into the circle,
Sitting up and taking a moment to connect with your experience and how you feel in this moment,
Acknowledging your experience,
Maybe even writing it down.
