Connecting with the Stargate we can easily and naturally raise our vibrational frequency higher, relaxing into the energies flowing within and around us.

Hello,

My name is Leigh.

Welcome to this Stargate meditation.

Let me take a moment to give you a brief introduction.

This is a completely guided meditation,

And the best part is there is nothing for you to do.

The more relaxed you are,

The more you can connect to the energies.

The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure that radiates a conscious energy.

An energy that can move you into a deep meditative state within moments.

In the meditation,

We will be raising the vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional frequencies.

Nothing for you to do,

You simply relax and allow and your own energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational energies of the Stargate.

Each one of us will have our own unique experience,

And no two meditations will be the same.

The energies come to you individually and will be perfect for you in the moment.

I will be asking each of us to ask for certain things during the meditation.

This is an invitation for you to ask silently and gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of the meditation.

It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the meditation.

That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted.

If all this is new to you,

Simply relax,

Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position,

And close your eyes.

Find that comfortable position,

Whether laying down or seated,

And close your eyes and invite your body,

Yourself to relax,

Bringing your awareness to this moment.

Taking a quick scan of the body and seeing is there any place that's uncomfortable or needs adjustments.

Maybe just some TLC,

Some love sent to a certain area of the body.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Beautiful in-breath of air into the body.

Gentle.

And then exhale.

Mindfulness on the breath.

Nothing to do,

Just noticing.

Allow your awareness to move into the body.

Perhaps sensing the energy of your body.

Perhaps sensing the blood flowing through the body.

Or maybe even your heartbeat.

As you relax.

Let's invite the energy of the earth to come up into our bodies and into our energy field.

So each one of us will ask inside.

We call for the energy of the earth to come up into our bodies and into our energy field.

See if you can notice your body's energy and the earth energy sort of merging together,

Harmonizing.

Feeling yourself sink a little deeper into relaxation,

Knowing that you are supported and comforted by this earth energy.

Let's invite an etheric stargate to form around yourself.

Just imagining now a stargate.

Perhaps a beautiful golden stargate or a bronze or a copper,

Silver,

Whatever.

You want to imagine your whole body within this beautiful stargate.

With you relaxing.

And within this stargate is a conscious energy.

Consciousness radiating this higher vibrational energy.

Just imagine yourself now connecting with this stargate,

Your own etheric stargate.

You can sense their presence,

Their energy,

Their support.

We're going to activate now all of these stargates and also all the other physical stargates around the world.

So each one of us asking inside for the activation of all of the stargates,

Physical and etheric stargates all around the world.

Imagining now the energetic grid all around the earth and the connection of all of these stargates forming this grid system around the entire planet.

The energy flow.

They're all connected.

Allowing yourself to relax.

Knowing that as you relax in this moment,

These energies spring balance and harmony.

There's nothing for you to do.

We're going to raise the vibrational frequency now of all of these stargates.

Vibrating them a little faster.

Moving through the dimensional frequencies up until the seventh dimension.

We're going to pause for just a moment.

Let our own bodies energies just naturally begin to harmonize in these seven dimensional frequencies.

Each one of us ask inside now for a strong seventh dimensional energy field.

So we're going to call for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in all the stargates.

Breathing and relaxing.

Feeling safe.

Relaxed.

Perhaps feeling the energies.

And let's,

Again,

Begin to vibrate these stargates.

All of the stargates around the world.

Vibrating them a little faster.

Moving up through the dimensional frequencies.

And into the 12th dimensional frequency ranges.

We're going to pause the stargates.

We're going to ask for a strong 12th dimensional energy field.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for a strong 12th dimensional energy field in all of the stargates.

Just allowing these vibrations,

These energies to move freely through the body.

Just seeing if you can sense them.

Beginning to relax and tuning into the body.

Can you sense any subtle shifts in and around you?

Within your stargate.

Perhaps imagining your stargate again and whatever material you've created for yourself.

These energies vibrating within you and around you.

Let's invite also an etheric stargate to form within our heart space.

Just imagining now and calling for a stargate within our heart space,

Within our heart chakra.

Each one of us asking inside,

We're calling now.

An etheric stargate within our heart space.

Making room,

Clearing space,

Expanding.

Perhaps reminding you who you are.

Experiencing this energy radiating from your heart space through your body.

Feeling that expansiveness of who you are.

I always like to begin by inviting the angels to join us.

Each one of us asking inside now,

We're calling for the presence of the angels.

Feeling,

Experiencing the angels bring their energy,

Their light to you.

Their beautiful love.

Celebration and joy.

Angels supporting you,

Loving you.

Moving energy through your body.

And there are some archangels here.

Archangel Michael,

The strong presence.

So let's invite him.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of Archangel Michael.

What gift,

What energies are moving through you?

Perhaps this blue light moving through your body.

Archangel Michael bringing his support,

His love.

And also Archangel Gabriel.

Here,

So each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of Archangel Gabriel.

Allow yourself to be supported,

To be loved,

To be cherished.

Every cell of your body vibrating,

Resonating in love,

In truth.

Let's invite now the presence and the energy of Kwan Yin and her loving compassion.

Each one of us asking inside now,

We're calling for the presence of Kwan Yin.

Allowing these energies move through the body,

Perhaps feeling or sensing a certain area of the body.

Being cleared and cleansed with loving compassion.

And that the trillions of cells in your body are vibrating,

Radiating the light,

Radiating energy,

Radiating sound.

These higher vibrations naturally and effortlessly bring harmony and balance.

Invite any stagnation,

Any darkness,

Any negativity to be transformed,

Alchemized in these high vibrations.

As an intention to let go,

To release whatever is no longer serving.

Every cell vibrating in a knowingness,

In a truth of who you are.

And this truth spreads and radiates into every bit of you.

Every nook and cranny vibrating in your truth and your knowingness.

That you are whole,

That you are sovereign and that you are free.

Let's invite our individual guides and you don't need to know who they are.

Perhaps you do want to name somebody,

Perhaps not.

But just invite the guides who are with you in this moment to bring their energy to you,

Their support,

Their love.

Each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the presence of our own individual guides.

Allow the experience,

Allow your imagination to experience this loving support of your guides.

That sense of freedom radiating through you and around you.

Knowing you are supported,

You are guided.

That you are never alone.

Each one of us will receive a beautiful energy moving through the body from our guides.

Lighting up through your body.

Creating a beautiful light show,

A radiance of truth.

Allow yourself,

Your imagination to experience this magnificence of you,

Of your light and perhaps your sound,

Your vibrancy.

Allow this truth to resonate through all of you,

Through your body tingling,

Through your body this radiance.

Imagining this magnificence,

This light,

This sound radiating through all space and time,

Through all dimensions out and around you.

Into the field,

Into the quantum field.

Your beingness radiating in the space,

In the field of infinite potential.

In your beautiful radiance,

You are calling forth this high vibrational possibilities into your field,

Into your space,

Into your life.

In all moments.

And if there are any doubts or thought forms or beliefs that do not resonate,

Allow them to move through that light.

To vibrate through the space,

Out into the field.

It's releasing,

Radiating,

Transforming.

I am a magnificent being of light,

Of vibration,

Of energy.

And I vibrate at my highest potential.

And I call to me all that I desire in my radiance.

What is best for me in all there is.

And let's invite the love of Mother Mary now to join us.

Adding and expanding our own selves by including this unconditional,

Pure love of creation that radiates through Mother Mary.

So each one of us asking inside we call for the presence of Mother Mary.

Allowing this love to just sort of melt through every bit of you to flow like water through you and around you.

Going a little deeper.

Or a lot deeper.

Shining brighter,

Radiating stronger,

Expanding.

With a knowingness of oneness,

Of creation,

Of the love of Spirit of God.

And another beautiful energy,

High vibrational love,

Is that of Jesus,

Sunanda,

Yeshua.

So each one of us asking inside we call the presence of Jesus,

Yeshua.

This deep inner knowingness that's radiating from your inner self,

From your core.

This knowingness that you are part of the whole,

That you are one with all there is.

All there is,

Is love.

That every cell of your body knows this love,

Radiates this love through all space,

Time,

And dimension,

Through all your past,

Your present,

And future.

It is so.

It is known that it radiates this truth to the very core of your beingness.

Allowing it to flow through you and remind you of who you are,

Remind you of all the gifts that you have.

All of the love that you have to give,

All the love that you have to receive.

All the knowledge and the wisdom that radiates within you.

All of this written within you,

Every cell.

Let this knowingness radiate through your body,

Bringing you a sense of joy,

A sense of love,

And a sense of gratitude,

A feeling of compassion.

In this flow of joy and truth,

The presence of the whales and dolphins come to each one of us,

Bringing their wisdom,

Their truth to flow through each one of us.

And each of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of the whales and the dolphins.

Inviting that experience of flow through the body,

Through the cells,

Movement,

Playfulness,

Joy,

A sense of knowingness.

Knowingness that radiates within us and around us.

It is with us always.

Invite this sense of flow,

This experience of flow in so many of the little things that we do in our lives.

As we walk to our cars,

As we brush our teeth,

As we move from room to room,

As we see and interact with people,

Our pets,

Our neighbors,

Our friends.

That sense of joy and flow and love,

The expansiveness of who we are,

It all radiates within every cell,

Trillions of cells of our body just vibrating.

Bring your awareness to your breath as you breathe into the body and experience that flow of energy.

The energy of you,

The energy of the breath,

Everything flowing together as one.

Feeling that breath in the body all the way down to your toes,

Through your chest and down your arms to your fingertips.

The breath all the way up into the crown of your head,

Your back and to feel that breath filling the space within you and feeling that energy in the breath and in the body.

Beginning to feel the weight of your body and feeling the energy running and vibrating in the skin and around you,

Your fingertips and palms,

The soles of your feet.

Maybe through your third eye,

The crown of your head,

Your heart space vibrating,

Radiating,

And then inviting a sense of the energy of whatever is beneath you and supporting you and your energy.

The energy in the space around you and your body in the space around you.

Bring your awareness,

What is the sensation?

Slowly beginning to move the ankles and the feet and the fingers.

Still sensing that energy radiating from your body and around you as you gently move the body.

What does your body feel like as it moves through the space around you and the energy?

Feel the tension,

Allow a sense of radiance of love to radiate through your body and around your body and into the space around you.

Love and compassion,

Gratitude.

Feeling that radiating from the skin of your body.

Slowly open the eyes and allow all of you to recognize and sense and experience all of you,

All of your energy,

All of your light,

Your radiance,

Your magnificence.

All existing,

All vibrating in this space,

On this planet,

In this 3D experience.

Such a blessing,

Such a gift to be here.

Slowly bringing yourself back into the circle,

Sitting up and taking a moment to connect with your experience and how you feel in this moment.

Acknowledging your experience,

Maybe even writing it down.
