The best part is there is nothing to do. The more you relax and allow, the more you connect to the energy of you and what comes to you during the meditation.

Hello,

My name is Leigh.

Welcome to this Stargate meditation.

Let me take a moment to give you a brief introduction.

This is a completely guided meditation and the best part is there is nothing for you to do.

The more relaxed you are,

The more you can connect to the energies.

The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure that radiates a conscious energy,

An energy that can move you into a deep meditative state within moments.

In the meditation,

We will be raising the vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional frequencies.

Nothing for you to do,

You simply relax and allow and your own energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational energies of the Stargate.

Each one of us will have our own unique experience and no two meditations will be the same.

The energies come to you individually and will be perfect for you in the moment.

I will be asking each of us to ask for certain things during the meditation.

This is an invitation for you to ask silently and gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of the meditation.

It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the meditation.

That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted.

If all this is new to you,

Simply relax,

Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position and close your eyes.

Really finding that place where you can relax the whole body.

As you take this moment,

Just really feel that relaxation moving through the whole body,

The entire body,

From the head,

The face,

The shoulders,

The neck and the back,

And the hips and the legs and the feet,

Just feeling everything sort of letting go.

This is the moment right now to relax.

Let's take a moment just to bring our awareness to our own breath as we're breathing in the body.

And as that breath goes in the body,

Just feeling,

Take a minute to see how you feel in this moment.

Maybe seeing if you can tune into the energy flowing through your body in this moment.

As you ask yourself to relax.

Let's begin by inviting with our intention,

The energy of the earth to come up into our body and into the energy field around us.

So each one of us asking inside,

We call for the energy of the earth to come up into our bodies and into the energy field around us.

Just know if you have asked it is so.

Allowing that awareness to see if you can sense any little shifts within your body or around your body.

Maybe a little twitching or some specific place in the body that you're called to.

Just allow the awareness.

Now we're going to ask each one of us to imagine a stargate to form around us.

So our entire body is relaxing now within a stargate,

Using our imagination to form that stargate around us.

And each of us asking for the activation of this etheric stargate around us and all of the stargates that are around the world,

The physical ones and the etheric ones.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call the activation of all of the stargates.

And again,

With intention,

Just seeing if you can notice any shifts in the body as this energy within us just begins to naturally harmonize with the energy of the stargate,

With your stargate.

And beginning to raise the vibrational frequency of all of these stargates now,

Vibrating faster and faster,

Moving into the fourth dimension,

Into the fifth dimension,

Continuing to accelerate all of these stargates vibrating into the sixth dimension and into the seventh dimensional frequencies where we will pause for just a moment and allow our own energy now to harmonize easily and effortlessly with these seventh dimensional frequencies.

Nothing for you to do.

Now we're going to ask for a strong seventh dimensional energy field.

So we call for a strong seventh dimensional energy field in all the stargates.

And knowing that these energies are moving through your body,

Around your body,

Within that stargate.

Every cell,

Trillions of cells of the body vibrating.

As you relax,

You take a breath.

Know that you are safe in this moment.

You are worthy and deserving.

And let's begin again to raise the frequency of all the stargates,

Continuing this vibration faster and faster now,

Moving into the eighth dimensional frequencies through the ninth dimension,

Into the tenth dimensional frequency ranges,

Continuing to accelerate all of the stargates into the eleventh dimensional frequencies and into the twelfth dimensional frequency ranges where we pause all of the stargates.

Now all of the stargates are vibrating in these twelfth dimensional energies.

We're going to ask inside each one of us for a strong twelfth dimensional energy field.

So we're going to call for a strong twelfth dimensional energy field in all of the stargates.

We're breathing and relaxing.

Just allowing your imagination in this moment to experience whatever it is that is coming to you in this moment.

As these higher frequencies move through your body,

Through the cells of your body and around you easily and effortlessly.

And in these higher frequencies,

We just naturally become aware and more in tune to the higher vibrational beings that are always with us,

Our guides,

Angels,

All of these beings,

These ascended masters.

And we like to begin by inviting the angels here to form this beautiful loving energy within your stargate and in your body.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the presence of the angelic realm of the angels.

Just imagine what is your imagination bring forth to you in this moment of the angels and their energy,

Their presence with you.

Just noticing your awareness.

You sense anything shifting,

Anything moving,

Anything changing within the body.

The energy of the angels moves in and around you in this moment.

And I can't help it.

I need to invite the energy of the rainbow into this moment.

I'm just feeling that beautiful sense of excitement and joy,

That specialness when that happens in our atmosphere.

So just inviting each one of us,

We call the energy for the presence of the rainbows and allowing that childlike wonder and excitement and joy to fill your body,

Every cell of your body vibrating.

Breathing and relaxing.

And this joy,

The energy of the nature spirits,

Sprites and fairies all want to be here in this moment.

So let's invite these beautiful spirits to be here with us.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for the presence of the nature spirits.

Allowing whatever comes to you in this moment,

Allowing that experience to unfold.

There's nothing for you to do.

Just relaxing,

Allowing all of your senses to experience.

This for me is really calling in that spirit of this beautiful planet,

This mother earth that we call our home for this time,

For this moment.

And the energies,

The crystals within the planet and on the surface of the planet,

But also really deep within.

So let's just invite the energy of the crystals of Gaia.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call for the energy of the earth,

The crystalline energy of the earth to come up into our bodies,

Into the cells,

Every cell of our body now vibrating.

And maybe you might sense a specific crystal that may come into your mind or a color or even a sound,

Whatever it is,

Just allowing that experience with the powerful healing qualities of the crystals,

The crystalline energy,

The vibrating in every cell of the body.

There's nothing for you to do.

These energies know just where to go in this moment.

All of these energies meet you exactly where you are.

And as you relax,

Allow these energies to move easily and effortlessly through the body and around you.

And as we have called in this very grounding earth energy,

High vibration of the crystals,

Let's now invite that energy of the moon as we all have been sensing and experiencing and really with intention.

Each one of us asking inside,

We call the energy of the moon,

Allow that release,

That any tension or thought from our belief now easily and effortlessly release to flow in these energies.

This energy of the moon in loving support,

Offering a sense of freedom,

Our sense of sovereignty and wholeness in our experience of who we are,

Of our beingness.

Allow any tension in that truth to be released easily and effortlessly.

Knowing that every cell of your body vibrates,

Radiates in your truth,

Your wholeness and sovereignty and freedom,

Your uniqueness of who you are,

Your beingness.

And as I like to say,

Your divinity,

Your divine self radiating in every cell of your body.

Know that you are worthy,

That you are deserving and safe in knowing this truth,

Your truth.

Let this vibration in every cell of the body now,

Every spot in the deepest darkest spaces within you,

Vibrating with these energies.

And allowing the cells to remember.

I'd like to,

For each one of us now to invite the energy of the unicorns.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the energy of the unicorns and let's also include the Pegasus because I see them too.

And I'm just allowing that sense of wonder,

Magic,

The energy of these beautiful creatures,

These beautiful beings now to come to you,

That energy flowing in your body,

Around your body.

So much wisdom and knowledge to be revealed.

Every cell remembering the truth,

Your truth.

Beautiful beings are reminding me of the love that we are,

Every cell resonating love.

Allowing each one of us to ask inside,

Either out loud or to yourself,

Repeating the words,

I love you.

Knowing that every cell of your body resonates,

I love you.

Allow it to be so.

Know this truth.

I love you.

Releasing all tension,

All thought forms,

Doubts and beliefs that do not resonate.

I allow the release.

I love you.

And as we're resonating in this beautiful love of our own,

Flavor of our own uniqueness of who we are,

Let us invite the presence of Mother Mary to resonate this truth.

So each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the presence of Mother Mary,

Unconditional love,

This love of the universe of all there is.

And for me,

It's like a mothering love,

A comforting love that holds me,

Supports me and allowing that sensation,

Whatever that is for you of that experience of love to echo,

To vibrate through this lifetime from your conception in the womb of your mother.

That love reaches back through this illusion of time and space to all that you are in all moments,

This love and knowing that radiance all the way through all the moments to this moment of now radiating in your truth,

Your knowing,

Your magnificence.

And then inviting Mother Mary to come closer if that is what you wish,

Inviting that energy to be stronger,

To radiate in all the spaces within you as you relax and allow.

Allowing this love of Mother Mary to touch you in whatever way that looks like for you.

And I would also like us to invite in this flow of energy,

The whales and the dolphins,

Their presence,

Their holding of this energy source of information from all time and space of the universe.

So each one of us asking inside we call for the presence,

For the energy of the whales and the dolphins.

Allow your experience,

Allow the imagination to sense,

To experience the dolphins,

Their playfulness,

Their love,

Their joy.

And maybe if you so choose allowing your awareness to be on your next breath as you breathe in that energy of the dolphins,

The joy of the dolphins and feel that joy,

Experience joy in your breath radiating through your body.

Maybe bring a smile to your face and perhaps allowing every cell of your body to smile,

To be in joy,

To radiate joy.

Experiencing playfulness within your body,

Around your body.

And then maybe another breath,

Your awareness on a breath breathing into the body,

That sensation,

That experience of the energy of the whales.

What does that feel like?

The energy of the whales moving through your body,

Every cell of your body.

The wisdom,

The knowledge,

Maybe a secret,

A piece of knowledge revealed to you in this moment of your truth.

Breathing and relaxing.

And I am sensing the presence of a group of angels that are often present in Star,

In with,

When working with the Stargate and these are the Elohim angels,

The council of angels.

So let's invite these energies,

This gift of their presence.

Each one of us will ask inside,

We call for the presence of the angels of the Elohim.

Just allowing the experience.

These angels join you,

This group of angels,

In loving you,

Supporting you,

Guiding you.

And maybe in this moment,

There is a thought form or belief that has surfaced within these moments.

And if you would like just inviting that thought form,

That belief,

That pain,

That frustration,

Whatever it is that has come up for you at any moment,

Maybe it's throughout the day,

Whatever it is that you think about,

Allowing that to surface and allowing it to be given as a light,

As a sound,

As a word,

As a thought,

Given to these angels of the Elohim and they receive this,

They transform this energy into love.

We're going to invite this golden light,

Golden vibration.

It could be as you breathe in that next breath,

Inviting this golden light into the heart space to resonate through the body or perhaps a resonance through the crown of the head,

A golden light of oneness that radiates through you and around you,

Every cell now,

Vibrating with this golden light of oneness.

There's nothing for you to do,

It's just an invitation and allowing.

We're going to invite this golden light,

This vibration,

Just with our intention,

We're going to ask it to grow,

To strengthen.

We're going to imagine this golden light now moving through our body and around our body,

Maybe creating this golden ball of light that we are within each one of us,

Our own golden ball of light radiating,

But that energy is not only around us,

It vibrates through us.

And then we're going to continue to invite that orb,

That light,

That energy to grow.

And now maybe this ball of light,

This sphere of light encompasses all three of us here in this meditation as we all connect,

As we all connect with each other with this oneness,

This golden light of oneness,

This energy,

Whatever your experience is,

Allow it to be.

And know that you are safe,

That you are deserving and worthy of this energy,

Of this oneness,

This golden light of oneness.

And again,

We're going to invite that energy to grow and expand and radiate outward a little larger to encompass the city where you live,

The country where you live,

Just inviting,

Imagining that golden light to continue to grow and vibrate.

And imagining now that the whole planet,

That our earth is within this golden light,

That each one of us maybe is around the planet and the light is all around us,

That we're sort of holding that space,

Each one of us with our intention,

Holding that golden light of oneness.

It's just with our intention as we vibrate in this golden light,

In this love,

This oneness.

And imagining that our planet and all the beings,

All of the energy,

The humans,

The plants,

The animals,

Every living thing,

Everything on this planet now vibrating in this oneness,

In this golden light.

And that energy that moves through the planet,

Through everything,

Creating a harmony,

A balance,

A balancing.

Allowing now your awareness back to your own self,

Your own beingness and inviting your awareness on your next breath,

That awareness breathing into the body,

Into the heart space,

Your awareness into your heart space.

How does your heart space feel in this moment?

The energy,

The golden light of oneness,

Vibrating of love,

Truth of knowingness.

And each breath now bringing your awareness into the body,

Beginning to feel the energy moving through your physical body,

Feeling the weight of your body,

The skin,

The energy vibrating on the skin and around you,

Feeling whatever is beneath you as you continue to bring the awareness inward.

Just sensing your body,

Your physical body in this moment,

Feeling it,

Experiencing it.

Begin it by touching the fingertips and imagining the energy now that is radiating on those fingertips and palms of the hand.

Just really connecting,

Feeling,

Knowing,

Beginning to move those hands around the body,

Feeling your body and the energy radiating from the trillions of cells that make up your physicality,

Your beautiful vessel.

Slowly and gently beginning to move the body,

A little bit more stretching and moving in what feels good for you.

Reconnecting to all those parts of your body and feeling that physical body and feeling the energy radiating within and around your body,

Out of your body as you slowly and gently move and stretch.

And now that that energy is flowing around you,

Moving through that space around you.

And then ever so gently,

A little at a time,

Opening those eyes up,

Seeing,

Sensing the world around you,

The room around you and the energy of you and space as you radiate your magnificence,

Your truth,

All that you are.

Maybe one more time before you make your way up into this circle,

Invite the words,

I love you.

Again,

Inviting those words in your body and every cell of your body,

To your physicality.

I love you.

Slowly and gently making your way back up.

Slowly bringing yourself back into the circle,

Sitting up and taking a moment to connect with your experience and how you feel in this moment.

Acknowledging your experience,

Maybe even writing it down.
