Open yourself up to the love within you. A love that ignites balance and harmony throughout your whole body. This completely guided Stargate meditation can bring you to a deep meditative state within moments and helps to connect you to your energetic body.

Hello, My name is Leigh. Welcome to this Stargate meditation. Let me take a moment To give you a brief introduction. This is a completely guided meditation and the Best part is there's nothing for you to do. The more relaxed you are, The more You can connect to the energies. The Stargate is a sacred geometric structure That radiates a conscious energy, An energy that can move you into a deep Meditative state within moments. In the meditation we will be raising the Vibrational energy of the Stargate by moving through the dimensional Frequencies. Nothing for you to do, You simply relax and allow and your own Energies will naturally begin to harmonize with these higher vibrational Energies of the Stargate. Each one of us will have our own unique experience and No two meditations will be the same. The energies come to you individually and Will be perfect for you in the moment. I will be asking each of us to ask for Certain things during the meditation. This is an invitation for you to ask Silently and gives your intention and permission to receive and be a part of The meditation. It is important to keep the eyes closed throughout the Meditation. That way you can stay focused within and not be distracted. If all This is new to you, Simply relax, Sitting or laying down in a comfortable position And close your eyes. Let's invite all of you to be here in this moment. Not only, You know, That mental part but your emotional body and your physical Body and like every bit of you. An invitation to be present and open in This moment. And then inviting relaxation for the entire body, Inviting your nervous system To relax and just be in this moment. No other moments matter, Just right now. Feeling your face soften and your shoulders soften, Your back and your legs Melting into whatever is beneath you, Feeling supported, Feeling safe. Inviting the energy of the earth now to come up into your body and into your Energy field. So each one of us asking inside, We call the energy of the earth To come up into our bodies and into the energy field around us. And seeing if you can sense the earth supporting you, Loving you, A part of you. Let's each of us imagine ourselves now with a stargate, An etheric stargate Forming around us and our entire body now relaxing within the stargate. Perhaps allowing a feeling, A sense, An experience of the etheric stargate that Is surrounding you. Inviting a relationship and a connection. We're going to activate all of these stargates, Our own personal etheric Stargate and all of the stargates around the world, The thousands of stargates now, The physical and etheric stargates. So each one of us will ask inside, We call The activation of all the stargates around the world. Breathing and relaxing. Seeing if you can sense that subtle shift in the energies as you relax Within your stargate. We're going to begin to raise the vibrational frequency Now of all of these stargates, Vibrating them a little faster, Moving through the Third dimension and to the fourth, Into the fifth dimension, The sixth dimension, Continuing this vibrational energy through into the seventh dimensional Frequencies. We're going to pause for just a moment and all of the stargates now Vibrating in these seventh dimensional energies. So let's strengthen this energy For each of us. Asking inside, We call for a strong seventh dimensional energy Field in all of the stargates. Breathing and relaxing. Taking a moment to see, To Experience, To imagine the seventh dimensional frequencies in and around Your body, Every cell of your body vibrating in these higher frequencies. Frequencies moving gently through the body, Clearing and cleansing, Balancing And harmonizing. Let's continue raising the frequency, Vibrating all of the Stargates a little faster and faster, Moving through the eighth and ninth Dimensional frequencies, Into the tenth and dimensional frequencies, Continuing To vibrate all of the stargates a little faster still, Into the eleventh and up Into the twelfth dimensional frequencies where we again pause all of The stargates. Let's invite a strong twelfth dimensional energy field. So each Of us asking inside, We call for a strong twelfth dimensional energy field in all Of the stargates. Breathing and relaxing. Perhaps experiencing that energy shift In the body as your energy naturally and easily begins to harmonize with these Frequencies of the twelfth dimension. Knowing that in these higher frequencies is easier, It is more open to receive Guidance from each of our gods, The ascended masters, These higher frequency Beings, Our support team. Let's begin by inviting the angelic realm. So each of us asking inside, We Call for the presence of the angels. And feeling, Experiencing the energy, The presence of the angels. Usually there is Quite a few angel energies that come. Whatever that experience is for you, Just Welcoming and allowing your imagination to experience the energy presence of the Angel. This loving support, Knowing that this energy moves easily and effortlessly Through your body. Connecting and vibrating in every cell, Trillions of cells of the body. Connecting with the angels. We're going to invite some specific angelic groups. And first one is the Elohim Council of Angels. And no need to worry if you're not sure who these Angels are, Just inviting the energy of the Elohim. They have worked with the Stargates for such a long time, Since the very beginning. So each one of us will Ask inside, Now we're calling for the presence of the Elohim, The Council of Angels. Just noticing if there is this little shift in the energy of the Elohim, Bring Their loving support to you in this moment. As you relax in your stargate, The Elohim know you, Bring a frequency, It's very specific for you in this Moment, Allowing yourself to relax. We're going to invite some archangels and there's always this presence of Archangel Michael here. So let's invite his presence, Each one of us asking inside, We call for the presence of Archangel Michael. You may experience a few different kind of energies, Perhaps that blue flame, That Blue light energy that is associated with Archangel Michael. Perhaps even Visualizing him and his sword of truth. Whatever the experience is for you, Really relaxing and releasing in these Energies. There are any other archangels that have presented themselves for you in this Moment, Please invite them. There is an Ascended Master, Kwan Yin, Who would like to bring her energies to you, Her loving compassion. So each one of us asking inside, Now we're calling for the Presence of Kwan Yin. Just relaxing as these energies are coming to you now, Compassion moving Through your body and around your body, And through all aspects of you, All lives, All space, Time and dimensions that are Present in this moment for you. Let these energies just radiate, Vibrate Through all space and time, Supporting you, Allowing this vibration, This radiance of compassion to be received on all levels, In all spaces. Kwan Yin often is associated with her energies coming in on a dragon. Let's Just invite that energy of the dragon, This powerful knowingness and the deepest part of our beingness. Each one Of us asking inside, Now we're calling for the energy, The presence of the Dragons, Allowing this knowingness that's radiating through the cells of your body To be a guide in this moment for whatever it is that you need to receive, Your gift in this moment. This powerful wave may be clearing and cleansing a particular situation or Thought or doubt, Clearing a path for your truth to resonate in all of its purpose and all Of its truth, And allowing a remembering radiating in the trillions of cells of your body. I am a being of light and energy and I recognize all that I am in this moment, In all moments. I allow this truth to resonate, This knowingness. I know who I Am and I welcome, I accept the freedom of me, Of my beingness, My sovereignty, My Wholeness and I allow this resonance in every cell of my body with ease and Grace. We're going to invite, And you may already be sensing this energy of Mount Shasta, Let's invite her beauty and wisdom and truth to resonate for each One of us. So asking inside, We call the presence, The resonance of Mount Shasta. Allowing these energies to clear and cleanse, Letting go this freedom Resonating in every cell of your body, Easily and effortlessly, And allowing this radiance, This vibration and its clearing and cleansing To open the space for your truth to be revealed, For your gift to be known in a Clear way, In a new way, A new perspective, A new awareness in this Moment. Inviting this remembering in every cell of your body, A remembering of your truth, Your resonance, Your vibration, Your light, Your energy, Your sound and allow this Vibration to clear and cleanse whatever does not resonate in your truth with Ease and grace. So that you may truly, Fully accept, Acknowledge, Remember in this moment your Truth, Your knowingness, And the love that you are, The oneness that resonates Within you, The love of God, Of Spirit, Of all there is. So let's invite this love, Each one of us asking inside now, We call for the love, For the presence, For the Energy of Creator, Source, God, The love of all there is. I accept, I receive, I Acknowledge the love of creation in this moment, In all moments, As truth. And I Release any vibrations that do not resonate in this truth easily and Effortlessly. In this beautiful radiance of our own true selves, Let's invite the energy Presence of these planetary shifts as our planet moves into new vibrationary, Vibration territory and the Aquarius energy, The Aquarian energy now moving Through all of us, Every bit of us. So let's invite a cohesive union, A oneness, So that we may resonate easily and effortlessly in these shifts and Be at peace and love as we grow and expand. So each one of us asking inside Now, Let's invite the presence of Aquarius, Perhaps inviting a harmony of the Aquarian energy and your breath as one As it radiates in your body, That resonates for you. I am in peace and Harmony. I accept all that I am, Release all that does not serve me and welcome New perspectives, New awarenesses, New expansion. As these planetary shifts, As the vibrational shifts move within me and Around me, Let my very presence on this planet, In this moment, In all this space and all Time, That this is divine, That I am meant to be here, I am meant to Experience these energies and inviting perhaps a relaxation into the truth of This knowingness. Our love, The love that resonates in every cell of your body, So That you can remember who you are. I am love. I am loved. I am supported in all moments. I am never alone. I allow myself to Receive love, A love that is beyond human love, This love of this planet, A Love beyond anything. I allow myself to give love, Knowing that this gift of love will resonate and be reflected back to me to Be received. Let's invite the crystalline energy of the earth now to just ground Us in our resonance of truth, Our vibrational truth in this moment, This Expansiveness of our beingness, Of our truth and grounded on this beautiful Planet. So each one of us asking inside the crystalline energy of the earth to Resonate, To melt and harmonize the energies moving through us and around Each one of us in our Stargate. Perhaps this crystalline energy of the earth has a particular place in your Body to offer relief, Release, Guidance, Even deeper relaxation of the body, Of the mind, The soul, The spirit. And bring your awareness now Bring it to the next breath that you bring into your body and follow that Breath into the body, Feeling it move through your body, Perhaps through the blood, Through the water, Moving through the body, Perhaps through the nerves, The capillaries, Through your muscles and your tendons. As you breathe and experience this physical body, Also sense that energy That's moving through you and around you, That is you. Begin to feel the weight of your body, Beginning to sense whatever's beneath You, Whatever's supporting you in this physical world, This planet. Beginning to sense the space around you, The energy in the space around you and also your energy in the space around you. This energy that radiates from you but is also radiating into you. And slowly maybe moving the feet and the fingers and sensing that energy that's Radiating from you as it moves from your body around you, Reconnecting to the Movement in the physical body and the space around you, Stretching. And then when you're ready, Just very slowly and gently open those eyes and See if this sense of vision can capture, Can witness the reflection of you, The Energy of you around you, The space around you. And slowly and gently reconnecting to all of you, Your physical body. Slowly bringing yourself back into the circle, Sitting up and taking a moment to Connect with your experience and how you feel in this moment, Acknowledging Your experience, Maybe even writing it down.
