Let's get right into it.
Take a gentle breath in through your nose.
Exhale.
Through a slightly open hole and again.
Inhale softness.
And exhale.
Let the world melt off your shoulders now.
This moment is for you.
And back to yourself.
Not to fix anything or to prove.
And there is nowhere else for you to be.
The only task you have in this moment is to be you.
Just you.
And me.
Breathing together.
You are not alone in this.
If your heart feels fast,
If your mind feels loud.
Life feels overwhelming.
If emotions are moving through you like waves.
I want you to hear me now.
You are safe in this moment.
You are safe in this moment.
You are safe.
In this moment.
Not because life is perfect.
Not because everything is figured out,
But because you are here now.
And in this breath.
You can begin again.
Take one hand to your heart.
And one to your lower belly.
Feel your own touch.
Feel your own warmth.
Feel that.
That is life.
That is your body speaking.
That is your system saying,
I am here.
You don't need to abandon yourself now,
Not this time.
Let's rather breathe together.
Inhale through the nose for four.
One,
Two,
Three.
Exhale slowly for a six.
For Again inhale through the nose for four.
Two.
Three.
4 and exhale slowly for 6.
Inhale support.
Exhale tension.
Inhale,
Safety.
Exhale to release.
The need to hold it all alone.
Come back to your natural breath and now imagine a warm golden light above your head.
Loving.
Not overwhelming at all,
Just enough.
And this light slowly pours over your shoulders.
Your chest,
Your belly,
Your legs,
Your feet.
Like warm golden honey.
Like divine calm.
And peace.
And as this light moves through you.
Everything that is not yours.
Everything got us happy.
Everything your nervous system has been gripping.
Begins to soften.
Begins to melt.
Mel.
Away from you back into the earth.
Now softly repeat after me.
I am here.
I am safe now.
This moment is okay.
Even when I am not okay.
My body is learning safety.
I do not need to rush.
I do not need to collapse.
I do not need to run.
I can stay.
With myself.
I am becoming my own safe place.
Breathe.
Another younger part of you is here right now.
An anxious part.
A scared part.
An overwhelmed little version of you,
Just imagine holding her gently.
Just love her as deeply as you can and maybe whisper to her.
I've got you now.
You're not alone anymore.
We're safe.
This breath.
Take one more inhale.
Exhale with a sound that feels good to you now.
Beautiful.
Your shoulders soft.
Tiny little bit more.
Cleanse your jaw.
Relax your tongue.
Soften the space behind your eyes.
And let your body receive the message.
There is no emergency in this moment.
You are safe.
You're safe to breathe.
You're safe to keep your heart open.
Number one.
And remember this.
Sometimes safety feels quiet.
Still.
Ordinary.
Gentle.
And that is sacred too.
The calm you once thought was boring.
May actually be peace.
Let's take one final breath together.
Inhale.
I choose to stay with myself.
And exhale.
I am safe.
And whenever you're ready.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And slowly come back.
Carry this feeling with you.
In hell.
Being loved.
And most importantly,
Learning to hold yourself.
Whilst remembering that you are.
Never alone.
