Welcome,
Powerful warrior of light,
To a time and space that is designed to clear away attachments,
Ground your energy,
And place your energetic shields.
In our day-to-day lives,
We are continuously taking on the energy of others.
This can come in the form of affirming and positive attachments,
And in the form of energies that don't serve us.
This can affect our connections with our center of truth,
Our deepest selves.
Oftentimes the effects are more noticeable than others.
Sometimes it is more subtle,
And over time it begins to take an effect.
This practice is designed to tap yourself back in with your sovereign center of truth.
Take a moment and ground down,
A moment to settle into your space.
Find a position that is comfortable for you,
Whether that be lying down or sitting.
Allow your eyelids to relax.
Place one hand over your heart and one hand on your stomach.
Begin to focus on your breath and let yourself soften.
Feel the weight of your body being held by the surface below you.
In your mind's eye,
Take yourself to a place that feels peaceful and grounding.
Perhaps it's your favorite tree,
A mountaintop,
Next to a waterfall,
In a special garden.
Take a moment to look at your surroundings.
Inhale,
Deeply smelling the sweet familiar scent of this magical place.
And exhale fully,
Settle more fully into the comfort of this place.
Above your head is a fiery halo.
As it slowly traces down your body,
Say either to yourself or out loud,
I release all attachments that do not serve me.
Feel the fiery halo beginning at your head,
Tracing its way around your head,
Moving down your throat,
Your chest,
Your stomach,
Your groin,
Your legs,
And your feet,
Releasing and cauterizing all attachments that do not serve you.
Bring this fiery halo back to the top of your head and repeat this process of tracing its way down your body,
Saying,
I release all attachments that do not serve me.
Inhale deeply and exhale.
Feel the sovereignty of your being.
From your heart center,
Feel and see roots moving down your body,
Coming out of the bottom of your feet,
And breaking through the crust of the earth,
The upper mantle,
The lower mantle,
The liquid core,
The metallus core,
And finally to the crystalline core of the earth.
See our roots wrap around this core.
Give all that does not serve you to the center of the earth.
The earth knows exactly what to do with what doesn't serve you.
It will take this energy and create rich,
Thick mulch of life and power,
Reusing it,
Recycling it in its sacred,
Mysterious way.
Slowly draw this deep,
Grounded energy from the earth's core back up your body,
Filling you with its energy.
Feel this grounded energy traveling up your feet,
Your legs,
Your hips,
Your stomach,
Heart space,
Throat center,
Through the head,
And straight out of the crown of your head,
Connecting in with source.
Feel this connection,
This moment of you being a vessel.
From this potent source energy,
Draw it down your heart center.
We shall now create a rainbow shield on the surface level of your body.
Inhaling,
Draw in a deep red light.
Exhaling,
Bring this light to a shield right at skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Inhaling,
Draw in a brilliant orange light.
Exhaling,
Bring this light to a shield right at skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Inhaling,
Draw in a bright yellow light.
Exhaling,
Bring this light to a shield right at skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Inhaling,
Draw in a brilliant green light.
Exhaling,
Bring this light to a shield right at the skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Inhaling,
Draw in an azure blue light.
Exhaling,
Bring this light to a shield right at the skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Inhale,
Draw in an indigo light.
Exhale,
Bring this light to a shield right at the skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Inhale,
Draw in a soft,
Powerful violet light.
Exhaling,
Bring this light to a shield right at the skin level,
Encompassing your whole body.
Feel your radiant rainbow shield encompassing and holding your entire body,
Further cementing the sovereignty of your being,
Keeping your energy safe and secure.
Inhale,
Draw in a brilliant gold light and exhale.
See it ripple out and create a shield afoot from your rainbow shield.
Inhale,
Draw in a brilliant white light.
Inhale,
Place this one foot outside of your golden shield.
You are fully protected.
Asking source as you move throughout your day to continuously fill the shield,
Filling in the holes and the dents that might be created by energies trying to permeate your being.
Allow yourself to feel your sovereignty.
