Lovely. I liked the building up to the mantra section. My only recommendation for improvement would be adding some background sounds. 🙏

I love participating in the hands-free nadi shodhana practice. it is a reminder of how powerful attention is, and why it is so important to hone our focus by relinquishing all that we focus on daily. grateful for this track 😌🙏🏾.
