Find a place where you can take a moment to yourself.

You may choose to lie down or sit down,

Go outside or be in your car.

In this practice,

We will choose to let anger go.

And I invite you to do what feels good for you,

Maybe making loud sounds on your exhales or saying the mantra as you hear it.

You can even listen and just allow the sounds of the gong to carry the anger out of your body,

Out of your energetic field.
