Relax your shoulders and take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
Welcome to this practice of Yoga Nidra where we will remember that we are enough.
Tune in to your beating heart,
The rhythm of your breath,
And tell yourself in your mind that you are enough.
And as we go through this body scan,
We place our awareness to different parts of the body,
Perhaps placing a little star,
A little light at that part of the body and repeating mentally,
I am enough.
Bring your awareness to the sole of the right foot,
Place a star,
A light there and tell yourself in your mind,
I am enough.
Relax the right foot and bring your awareness now up the right leg to the knee,
Place that star,
That light at the right knee,
Mentally repeating,
I am enough,
Traveling up the right leg to the right hip point,
Relaxing the right hip,
The right glute,
Placing that light of awareness,
Reminding yourself,
I am enough,
Bring your awareness up the right side of the torso,
Up to the right collarbone,
Place a little star,
A light of awareness there,
Traveling with the mind's eye to the right shoulder,
The right elbow,
The right wrist,
See a star,
A light in the palm of the right hand,
Eye,
Relaxing the right hand,
Right arm,
Right shoulder,
The right side of the torso and the right leg,
Knowing you are worthy,
You are loving,
Dropping your awareness now to the bottom of the left foot,
The sole of the foot,
Place a star,
A light of awareness,
Traveling up the left leg to the left knee,
Relaxing the left thigh,
Bring your mind to the left hip,
Left glute,
Place that light of awareness,
Eye,
The left collarbone,
Placing that star,
That light of awareness,
Bring your awareness to left shoulder,
Left elbow,
Left wrist,
Place that star,
That light into the palm of the left hand,
Saying left hand,
Left wrist,
Left arm,
Left shoulder,
Left side of the body,
Left leg,
Left foot,
There's nothing to do right now,
You're doing enough,
There's nowhere to be,
There's nothing else to think about,
Feel your body in this moment,
Heartbeat,
Your breath,
Remember,

Bring your awareness up to your forehead,
Soften the space between the eyes,
Remind yourself,
Eye,
Relax your nose,
Your mouth,
Your chin,
Your cheeks,
Let the jaw be heavy and relaxed,
Nothing to say,
Nothing to explain,
Your beautiful thinking brain that may sometimes tell you otherwise,
But right now,
Let the brain repeat,
I am enough,
You are worthy,
You are lovable,
And you are loved.
