May I Learn To Let Go

Originally created in the midst of grieving a relationship, this meditation is a poem and prayer to guide one back to their center. It is closed with a deep breath in and a sigh out. I pray you to feel lighter. Thank you for being here.

Peace inside timer, Thank you for being here with me, The love practitioner. I'm going to recite a poem slash prayer on letting go. I'll say it slow enough and time it out so you'll be able to repeat after me if you like. Feel free to play this in the background while you're getting ready or just use it as a meditation.
