Welcome to In The Flow.
And today is so special.
I am so excited to be with you guys today.
Today's meditation that I.
.
.
This is just one of my favorite things to talk about.
So I'm going to get myself all calmed down.
So connecting with spirit.
It's something that is incredibly powerful and special to me.
It can be empowering and invigorating.
It always leaves me calm and peaceful.
When I started meditating about 20 years ago,
Actually,
Probably more than that at this point,
I ended up creating this amazing bond with my spirit guides.
And now it's just part of who I am now.
I created this connection.
And that's what we're going to do today.
Hopefully,
If you don't already have a connection with your guides,
We're going to at least start that process.
But what I want to say first is,
There is a difference between meditating as a light worker or medium and meditating to get the connection with spirit.
Connection with spirit,
Meaning you're one on one.
There's a difference.
When you're a light worker or medium or anything like that,
What you want to do is before you give your reading or do whatever it is that you're doing,
You open up your chakras and you allow yourself to become the vessel between the vessel between spirit and their spirit guides and your spirit guides.
And what am I trying to say?
We are the vessel between our spirit guides,
Their spirit guides and them.
Which is why we call it the medium because we're like the middle guy.
And so when we do that,
When we create that bond,
That's different than when we sit in meditation in silence and stillness.
So there's like a difference there.
When we're sitting in silence and stillness,
We are listening and we are quiet and we just sit and it's that divine connection.
Whereas when we're a medium,
We're opening up and we're saying,
Bring it on.
So there's a difference there.
So when we create that special bond,
What we are doing in creating that special bond with our spirit guides is we are allowing and just opening our hearts to allow spirit to come in and just be part of your life.
Really right?
We're allowing our spirit guides to become part of our life.
And that's what today's meditation is going to be about,
Is inviting in our spirit guides to be part of our life.
Now that can be a little daunting and I get that,
Right?
I absolutely get that because it's like,
Wait,
What?
What are we doing?
You know,
But it can be our spirit guides know what it is that we need,
Right?
I mean,
I live a spirit led life and what does that mean?
What does that mean?
Living a spirit led life is because I am a medium,
I kind of talk to spirit all day,
Which kind of makes me sound crazy,
But you guys get it,
Right?
I talk to spirit and I ask on any given moment for guidance in any different situation.
And so like when somebody calls me for a reading,
I'll kind of say,
Okay,
Spirit,
Is it in my and their highest and greatest good for me to give this reading?
And sometimes my spirit guides are there.
Spirit guides say,
No,
I have one client who comes to me regularly who I love and adore.
And for the last,
Oh,
I am not lying month and a half.
She keeps saying,
Hey,
Can I have a reading?
And spirit,
If we set a time,
Spirit changes,
Spirit changes things around.
So we just can't do it.
I mean,
It's like,
That's my close bond with my guides,
Right?
Now sometimes it takes a while to get to that point and that's okay.
Right?
But today we want to begin that process because it can be an amazing relationship.
So let's get ourselves comfy comfy and let's get ourselves comfy and just open our hearts and open,
Leave our minds open to whatever,
Whatever it would be for you,
Because it's going to be different for everybody.
Okay.
So let's get ourselves comfortable.
And when it feels comfortable,
Close your eyes.
Beautiful.
Let's take a deep,
Deep breath in and release.
This beautiful letting go of anything that's bothering us,
Anything that needs to be let go,
Even the stuff that we don't know needs to be let go.
Let's do that again.
Breathe in,
Take a deep breath in.
Beautiful.
I want us to focus on that space between our brows where our third eye is,
Our third eye chakra.
And if it's possible for you to do,
If it's possible for you to do,
Imagine the color deep,
Deep purple,
Indigo.
Just imagine that.
And I ask that you keep your heart and your mind open to whatever plays out for you in this quiet time.
We ask you Archangel Michael and the ascended masters to allow us the joy of connecting with our spirit guides.
We open our hearts and our souls to this beautiful,
Beautiful process and the chance to create a beautiful,
New and strong relationship.
As we go about our meditation today,
Keep your heart and your mind open and focus your attention on that space between your brows,
Your third eye and just allow the process.
We ask that you keep your heart and your mind open to whatever plays out for you in this quiet time.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.
Start wiggling your fingers and toes.
And feel the chair that you're sitting in.
Let's take a nice deep breath in.

It's fun creating a relationship with your Spirit guides.
When they first came to me,
When I first recognized,
Well,
I didn't even realize what they were.
When I was meditating,
I would see blobs,
Like literal blobs,
Like a lava lamp type blobs.
Right?
And that's how it started,
But it grows and it's so beautiful.
