Spiritual Cleansing (Not Exactly Dusting & Sweeping)

With crazy energy happening everywhere lately, keeping ourselves, our houses and all of our spaces clear of stagnant and negative energy is critical! Let’s talk about ways to clear things out and meditate on keeping the vibration high!

Good morning, Good afternoon, Good evening, And good night as uh what was that movie um darn it I can't remember the movie Truman the Truman Show so yeah I just I happened to see him say that on TV and I was like oh I love that because it's in case I don't see ya so so do you think that we might be in need of spiritual cleansing just a little bit just a little bit you know with all of this really crazy and weird yes I will say it energy that's been happening lately I thought to myself you know what we need to do a spiritual cleansing right yesterday I was cleaning my house and I was like this feels so good to clean my house like and clean it like like with love do you know what I'm saying like just go for it and just clean and just cleanse and oh my god it felt so good to do that and I thought it's really important to do that for ourselves a spiritual cleansing right a spiritual cleansing or a like just a cleansing of of our space so we are going to talk about ways to cleanse our space and ourselves today and then we're going to meditate on it but let's get started because you know this is a very short video we do or short audio whatever okay so there are many things at ways that we can cleanse space um this is palo santo palo santo is kind of used sort of I when I use it there are many things that people will tell you what it's for but um I use it to bless spaces and it it smells okay so I grew up catholic and it smells like I don't know if that's maybe that's what they use in the catholic church but it smells like that that's what it smells like um when I would go into church and do that right so that's that um you can also use um lavender and that actually helps to uplift a space and sort of calm things and keep things uplifted right and then you can also which I don't have right next to me but you can also use rose petals rose petals are can be really good for like healing and for luck right so a lot of people use rose petals too but my favorite and this is just because I think I've gotten into the habit you know you can use palo santo to do um uh cleansing of negative energy that sort of thing but I use sage I use sage and um I try to do it several times a week but that's because of me oh I forgot my I forgot my my my feather all right well it doesn't matter okay yes it does okay got my feather oh my god okay all right so we take I have my my eagle feather and I have my my my um sage and I have my shell because you need so it's basically just to hold the you know so it doesn't so that it doesn't uh hit anything you know if it drops or whatever so then all we do then all we do and this is and I've done videos on this before but you just you light it until it's you see how it's lit there or maybe you can hear me say it's lit right and then the smoke starts and it smells so good and so what I do is I first cleanse myself because that's really important okay I cleanse myself all the way from the top to the bottom right and um and I will I call it as I see it here but here's what I usually do is I say a prayer where I got I got this prayer from um the the medium uh John Edwards in one of his books and I had been you know doing different saying different things but this is just like this prayer is all encompassing basically for for everything that you want to do with sage right so this is what I say I break up and release and I'm doing this for myself right now but I break up and release all stagnant and negative energy from myself may peace light and divine love protect me and be ever present and if it goes out you just relight it it's not that big of a deal right okay and then so and then you just make it go on yourself but then what's so great is is that you smudge this to every aspect of your of your house of your apartment wherever you live and you make the make the smoke go into the space instead of on you make this make it go into the space and you say I break up and release all stagnant and negative energy from this place may peace light and divine love protect us and be ever present so basically what this does is it it it gets rid of the stagnant and negative energy okay it it blesses us and it so it gets rid of all the negativity but then it brings in love right and it brings in that cleansing and uh it's just beautiful right so and it really does change the feeling of your space it truly does right um I've been doing this for many years and it's like you know because I do mediumship work right so people will come to my house or whatever and and you know or I do online readings and that sort of thing and spirits come right so spirits just come and Archangel Michael knows to protect me from all that but oh my gosh sometimes I have to like um like something like days after reading or something I'll be like whoa what's going on over there so I quick run and go get my sage because that's how you level the playing field as far as energy goes right okay so in keeping with that let's get ready to meditate because now that we've saged and our energy in our in our space is all cleared and cleansed now what we want to do is meditate in this space right beautiful okay so let's everybody get yourself comfortable get your eyes closed beautiful let's take a nice beautiful deep breath in really slow breathe it in slow and breathe out and isn't that cleansing right so today is all about cleansing our bodies our minds our emotions our space let's do that again take another deep breath in really slow and release beautiful now in getting ourselves comfy and ready to meditate on the power of positivity and positive energy let's start our day and our week and our month whatever day it is for you let's start it out by thinking of three things that we are grateful for I remember somebody telling me once things may be going not so great and you may be sad about something going on in your life but there is always always always something to be grateful for and that just stuck with me because even in the worst cases of the worst times of my life finding one thing to be hopeful about or to be grateful for can really just change everything I'm grateful that I just saged because I haven't done it in a day or so in a day or so and it just changes your mood it makes you more calm I'm very grateful beautiful our mantra for today is are you ready I am pure positivity I am pure positivity I am pure positivity so as we ready ourselves to sit in the silence for just a moment or two let's think about our mantra for today I am pure positivity and as we go out in the world for the rest of the day we will have this we'll be able to take this with us let's put aside all of our things that we have to do because this is our time our time to sit with ourselves and still our minds I will keep the time and let's begin I am pure positivity I am pure positivity I am pure positivity I am pure positivity I am pure positivity I am pure positivity so let's release our mantra and bring our awareness back to ourselves let's take another nice deep deep breath in so breathe in and release beautiful whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes good job everybody and you know what I love about that is that we will take this through the rest of our day you are pure positivity I hope you know that I hope you you live into that and if you like go get some go get some sage or some palo santo or some lavender and burn it and just allow ourselves to be cleansed don't we need that right now yes we do so I wish you all love I wish you all positivity having a beautiful
