Living In Our Power!

In the stillness today, our meditation takes us to a place of ultimate power and acceptance. You are perfect and beautiful Just as you are! Let's live our power and know that we are worthy of everything life has to offer us!

Namaste. Welcome to In The Flow with Lori Albert. Today we continue into the place of stillness and going a bit deep. Going that to that deep place in our soul. But today we're gonna focus on that deep place in our soul that is acceptance. Acceptance of ourself and the others around us. When was the last time that you really thought to yourself, I accept myself. When was the last time you thought to yourself, I am a powerful, Worthy human being. I mean it's not a conversation that we think about on a daily basis, But maybe we should. Maybe we should focus on ourselves being the powerful human beings that we are. Right? So that's what we are meditating on today. And I want us to go deep again today. I want us to not be scared to go to the place of acceptance. You know, When we're young and children and and we get told sometimes to be a certain way. When we're children or when even when we're adults, We get told to act and be and think a certain way. And sometimes that takes away the acceptance and the self-love that we need to have for ourselves. So let's get ourselves comfortable because we're going to meditate. We're going to sit for a little bit of time here focusing on ourselves and self-love. Right? So let's get ourselves comfortable. And gently allow your eyes to float closed. Let's just sit in that place of peace. I feel like that the general energy today is just one of peace. And I want you to be aware of that. And I want you to be aware of that. One of peace. So let's take a nice deep breath in and hold it just for a second and release it. Perfect. So today's mantra affirmation that we want to focus on and repeat and have it go deep into our souls today is the following. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. Just the way I am. Now if you're at a place where you can say this out loud, Let's do that. Let's do that together. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. And let's say that out loud again. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. And now let's whisper that to ourselves. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. And now let's repeat that silently to ourselves together. As we sit in the stillness, Allow those words to sink deep into your soul and into the very core of your being. So I will keep the time and let's begin and start repeating the mantra silently to ourselves. I am powerful. I am worthy. I am perfect just the way I am. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. So so so so so so so so so so so so so so I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. I am powerful. I am worthy. And I am perfect just the way I am. Just the way I am. As we start to bring our awareness back to our surroundings, Let's take a nice deep breath in through your nose and release it. Breathing it in as if to say, I'm taking this with me the rest of the day. Whenever you feel comfortable, You can open your eyes. And I want you to know that you are powerful. And you are worthy of everything that you desire. And you are perfect in every way. Spirit creates everything. Spirit created us that way. It's a matter of believing it and holding it in our core.
