Hello and welcome to In the Flow with Lori Albert.
Today we're going to talk about harmony and unity and that's what we're meditating on today.
Spirit has crazy ways to teach us things,
Right?
I just can't get over the thought.
You know,
I saw this the other day about harmony and about unity of the world and I can't get that thought out of my head,
Right?
And all I can think of is what David G.
Talks about.
David G.
Talks about the ripple effect.
All it is,
It starts with one tiny act of whatever and it continues.
It can continue,
Right?
So taking this in the positive sense,
Right?
One act of kindness,
One act of kindness can spur on a whole thing.
I have a friend who goes to Starbucks all the time.
She's like,
Oh,
This happens all the time.
And I said,
What?
And she said,
Well,
The person in front of me pays for the person behind them.
I'm just like,
That is just so cool.
You know,
And obviously,
I mean,
I don't go to Starbucks that often,
But you know,
The idea of that,
Forget the idea that it's a cup of coffee.
Just the sentiment of that.
It's a ripple effect.
So the first person that did that,
Oh my God,
I'm getting like emotional just thinking about it,
Right?
It just,
It continues.
It's a ripple effect,
Right?
We are all part of the same world and the same universe.
So that's what we are going to meditate on.
We are going to meditate today on the fact that we are all universal.
We are all divine.
We are all God-like.
We are all God.
Can you imagine if we all just had or did one little thing of compassion for somebody else?
A small thing.
I'd love for us to take that on today.
Take that on today for yourself.
One small act can change somebody else's life.
That's really beautiful to me.
I mean,
I just,
I don't know.
You know,
I've stopped watching the news,
Right?
I've stopped watching it like altogether almost,
Almost.
But you know,
When I do,
Unfortunately,
I see so much sadness and you know,
People being mean to other people and blah,
Blah,
Blah.
I can't handle that.
That I can't handle,
Right?
So today,
Please do this with me.
One act,
At least one of kindness.
It doesn't have to be even monetary related because we are all truly in this together.
We are.
We are all in this world together.
We're all just trying to make it through.
So now that I'm going to step back off my soapbox,
Let's get ourselves comfortable.
Let's get ourselves comfortable to meditate.
Close your eyes whenever you feel ready.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release it.
On this next inhalation,
Let's breathe in compassion and kindness.
So let's take a deep breath in of compassion and let it sink into your entire being and breathe out worry and stress.
Perfect.
So today's mantra is one of my favorites.
It's aham brahmasmi.
I am divine.
I am God.
We are all God.
We are all part of God,
Right?
So I invite you to listen while I chant.
Aham brahmasmi.
Take in the vibration of what I'm saying.
Aham brahmasmi.
Take in the vibration and just allow it to sink in to your inner being,
To your spirit,
To your soul.
And then we will sit in the stillness.
Aham brahmasmi.
Aham brahmasmi.
Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi Aham Brahmasmi
