Today's guided meditation is one of gratitude and respect.
So I'd like for you all to just get comfortable.
Let's take a nice deep breath in and release.
So today I will be leading a guided meditation.
So all you have to do is sit and relax.
Keep your eyes closed and just follow along.
You can repeat what I say to yourself or you can just sit in this relaxation of this meditation.
We come together today in gratitude.
Mother Earth,
We respect you.
Thank you.
Father Sky,
We look to you.
Thank you.
To the trees,
We honor your strength.
Thank you.
To the oceans,
We appreciate your power.
Thank you.
To the flowers that so beautifully adorn our earth.
Help us to soften our hearts.
Thank you.
To the mountains,
We admire your majesty.
Thank you.
To the streams that beautifully flow.
Thank you for flowing endlessly.
Thank you.
To the rain.
Please rejuvenate us in our earth.
Thank you.
To the wind.
Your power energizes us.
Thank you.
To the soil and ground.
Thank you for nourishing us.
Thank you.
To fire.
We respect your force.
Thank you.
To the sun.
We honor the warmth you give us.
Thank you.
To the moon.
We appreciate your wisdom.

To the universe.
Thank you for being limitless.

So I'd like for us to take a deep breath in through our nose,
Breathing in all the gratitude that we've just felt,
And release ever so gently.
Whenever you feel comfortable,
You can open your eyes.
It's a perfect day for a meditation on gratitude.
Because if we are grateful to Mother Earth and Father Sky,
We can be at peace with ourselves.
