Good morning and namaste everybody.

Thank you for joining me today.

This beautiful week of gratitude.

I love focusing on gratitude always.

I have for many many years.

It just helps you stay in that happy place.

So yeah I just I love focusing on gratitude.

So so far this these last few shows what we have been focusing on we did the ghost of gratitude past where we realized something that happened in our past that created who we are now and we're grateful for.

Right.

And I had a dream.

A long story that I had a dream about this past situation that I'm so grateful for last night.

Isn't that crazy.

Anyway so then we went and focused on gratitude in the present moment.

And that is actually now is kind of interesting because we talked about being grateful for everything everything from everything from the ant climbing up the little the wall to picking the smaller avocado right being grateful for it at the grocery store.

Picking you know realizing that we are grateful for every little thing right.

But today we are focusing on gratitude for the future.

Yay.

And you know what that is.

Do you know what gratitude for the future is.

It's manifesting.

Right.

I love this.

I love this because gratitude in the future.

We are just grateful for whatever it is that is coming our way.

Right.

So but I wanted to take it to kind of a different place than I have in the past.

All right.

I want us all to think of something.

I want you to think of something right now that you would like to manifest in the future.

Now caveat here to this.

What I would suggest is for you to pick something not pie in the sky like a six million dollar mansion.

Right.

Let's just hold off on that part.

Right.

Let's pick something that is reasonable because here's the thing.

If you start and you start with that pie in the sky that six million dollar mansion.

The universe it takes some time and then there's always going to be those little seeds of debt like is it going to happen.

Is it going to happen.

See it's not going to happen.

So that's why I'm saying it's always good to start.

Start with the parking place at the mall.

Well I guess maybe not the mall today but you know start with something on the smaller side.

Like no arguments at Thanksgiving dinner or like something or just having a really really enjoyable weekend or like no arguing with the family or I know I said that twice but maybe that's like a thing that I'm supposed to say.

Well you know something small ish you know unless you already are a master manifester.

A master manifester that's what our goal is to become.

Right.

So I want you to think of something right now.

Something that's doable gettable because when we start there then you can start working your way to other things.

And maybe there won't be as many seeds of doubt because I think it's kind of like part of who we are to try to prove ourselves wrong.

I know that sounds kind of silly but it's like if you did choose to try to manifest look and I even said try to manifest the six million dollar mansion.

There's that little seed of doubt and you can't have that when you're in the manifesting place right.

So I'm going to get off that subject.

Let's pick something doable right.

Something doable.

Alright so we've got our thing.

Does everybody have their thing.

Alright now we are going to fill the rest of the day even after we're done talking here in a few minutes we're going to fill the rest of the day with being grateful for whatever that thing is.

So I'm sitting here as I'm saying this I haven't really picked out anything to manifest so I'm sitting here trying to figure out what I'm going to manifest.

What am I going to manifest.

I'm going to manifest.

You guys are going to laugh.

I'm going to manifest.

I'm not going to put this on here but manifesting ease in cooking dinner for Thanksgiving.

I get myself stressed out.

I can't believe I'm talking about this.

I get myself stressed out about all of the details,

Because I end up forgetting something every single time,

Even when it's not Thanksgiving.

If I am cooking a big dinner,

I always forget something like the rolls or the salad or something.

It's just part of who I am.

So that's what I'm going to manifest.

I'm going to manifest ease in cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

Yeah,

It's going to be fun.

I can't wait to share with you how easy it will be.

So that's what we need to be thankful for.

I am so thankful that cooking Thanksgiving dinner and putting it on the table was easy.

That's what I'm manifesting.

Okay,

Right?

So that's my thing.

Now what is yours?

You don't have to tell me,

Obviously,

Right now.

But,

You know,

We are going to be grateful for that.

We're going to be grateful for the manifesting.

We're going to be grateful for whatever it is.

The parking place,

The ease in going to the grocery store.

Not,

I'm just,

You know,

Right now,

Grocery store,

Right?

So get into that frame of mind and just be grateful for that.

It's the ghost of gratitude future.

I just I love that.

So there we go.

Okay,

So imagine what it is that you are going to receive.

And we're going to sit in our meditation now and we're going to be grateful for that.

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

Oh,

Okay.

My bones are creaking.

All right.

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

I like to sit cross legged.

And lately I've been able to do that.

Which is great.

So,

All right.

So get yourself comfortable.

Cross legged,

Feet flat on the floor,

Laying down whatever is most comfortable for you.

And let's take a nice deep breath in.

In through your nose,

Out your mouth.

And go really deep into your body so that you feel that breath all the way down to your toes.

Okay?

So let's breathe in.

And release.

Perfect.

I don't know about you,

But I really truly did feel that all the way through my body.

So before we get into our meditation,

Let's take just a moment and think about a few things that we're grateful for right now.

Right this very second.

Right now.

What are you grateful for?

Are you grateful for the weather wherever you are?

Are you grateful that it's almost the Christmas season?

Are you grateful for your health?

What are you grateful for today?

Just a few things.

So as we get ready to sit in the silence for just a few moments,

Our mantra today is one of my favorites of all time,

The Ho'oponopono,

Which is the Hawaiian prayer for healing.

You've probably heard us do this several times in the past.

What the mantra is,

I'm sorry,

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Now as we sit and we repeat this mantra,

Start to feel your vibration raising.

Knowing that if we are grateful for all these things in our lives,

We are just that much happier.

And we are just that much closer to manifesting our chosen objects of manifestation.

So if you lose the mantra,

Or if you get sidetracked with thoughts,

Just gently push them aside.

I will keep the time.

And let's begin.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I love you.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let's start bringing our awareness back to our bodies.

Release the mantra.

Say one last thank you to ourselves.

Whenever you feel comfortable,

You can open your eyes.

So that's great.

Just keep saying thank you.

All the rest of the day and all weekend,

All week,

All weekend,

All throughout your Thanksgiving dinner,

All throughout it all.

Just keep saying thank you.

And I will let you know how my dinner turns out.

I won't be here on Thanksgiving Day.

I'm giving myself the gift of sleeping in.

But I appreciate each and every one of you.

Thank you.

Thank you all for building this community and helping me to spread the word of what gratitude,

Love,

Spirituality can be.

And meditation.

So thanks again for joining.

I love you all so much.

Have a beautiful,

Beautiful day.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Namaste.

Thank you for joining.
