So spirit leads my life.
I make no bones about that.
I have caught myself in,
No I shouldn't say caught myself.
I have gotten myself in so many situations where I get this nudge.
I made a deal years ago that if spirit really wanted me to do something to impress upon me the urgency of it or whatever and I will do my best to do whatever it is.
Now it's not like I'm jumping in front of like moving cars and that sort of thing.
But occasionally something will happen like don't go.
This is kind of intuition and gut instinct of don't go to the store right now.
And then for sure somebody will call and I will be able to because I didn't go to the store somebody needs me I'll be talking to them or something like that.
But sometimes it gets me into trouble.
I got a couple of years ago I was in the middle of a situation where two people that I knew were having an argument and spirit kept saying shut them down shut down.
I'm like oh my god seriously.
So I got involved in that.
You know I mean oh well I mean there was some irritated feelings there on that part but you know my point is my point is that I knew that I did what I was supposed to do.
I knew that I was supposed to intervene in that situation.
I knew that I'm supposed to you know like I'll get a I'm just going to put it this way I'll get a bee in my bonnet.
I'll get a bee in my bonnet about how something is going on.
Spirit gives me messages right.
So that's the bottom line.
So yesterday you know I am so musically well I'm a music snob first of all you know but yesterday the song Good Vibrations by the Beach Boys came on and I knew it was a message you know you just know right when you just know that there's a meaning that you're supposed to hear it well so all day I was like sort of singing that song and then at last night I was like okay so you know let's figure out what I want to what the meditation is for tomorrow you know well that song came up like very clearly that song came up and I don't necessarily think it's like all the words and and it's I don't think it's the lyrics that are like the big thing.
I think it's just a it's a good vibration message you know we need to we need to invite in the good vibrations today right because guess what the longer we sit in good vibration or the the more we listen to the fact that we should you know invite in those good vibrations the better day we're gonna have we're gonna smile more it's gonna be less stressful right so that is what we are meditating on today we're not meditating on the song although it's gonna be in your head the rest of the day I promise you now right yeah it's going through my mind I know I mean it's like crazy but yeah so we're gonna meditate on good vibrations and taking those good vibrations throughout the rest of our day how fun is that right okay so let's all get comfortable get yourself seated however is the most comfortable for you and let's take a nice deep breath in and hold it breathe out perfect very good so in today's meditation you can close your eyes get ready for meditation in today's meditation if you feel so inclined let's keep a smile on our face is that possible I believe it is there are actual smiling meditations right so during this meditation even if it feels fake keep a try really hard to keep a smile on your face right how fun is this so our well let's start with this let's start with considering a few things that we are grateful for what are you grateful for today what brings you joy in your life just two or three things off the top of your head you don't have to think too much just whatever is there whatever is there in your heart now those things should make you smile right so our mantra for today is in keeping with all of those amazing things that we are grateful for keeping that gratitude practice alive so our mantra for today is I take good vibrations with me all day long today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go let's say it that way today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go so as we keep the smile on our face and we keep the mantra close let's just sit in the stillness for just a few minutes I will keep the time let's begin today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go today I take good vibrations with me wherever I go text the birds birds birds birds birds birds birds birds birds birds birds birds birds Maybe I will.

We can start to release the mantra.
We're going to bring that awareness back to our bodies.
Let's take a nice deep breath in just to seal these good vibrations.
Deep breathe in.
Release.
Whenever you feel comfortable you can open your eyes.
How hard was it to smile that whole time?
It felt great for me for the first minute and then it felt fake.
And then I started having waves of joy.
I hope it was similar for you guys.
There's nothing better than feeling that joy.
