Question of the day: Stay in our comfort zone OR take a leap of faith into the unknown? My dear friend, Pierre Bensusan, has permitted me to use his track called ‘Sentimentales Pyromaniaques’ from the album 'Altiplanos'.

Welcome to In the Flow,

A positivity-provoking podcast designed to lift us up to that higher place to live our best lives.

We will laugh,

Cry,

Meditate,

And discuss any and all things spiritual to learn and remove any stigma surrounding spiritual gifts,

Meditation,

Prayer,

And the afterlife.

So holy cow,

You know,

Again,

And I talk about this all the time,

But you know what?

If you look for lessons in your life,

If you look for signs,

They're there,

Right?

They're there.

Oh my gosh,

I have such a story to tell.

So there's this situation that I'm not allowed to talk about yet that is coming to me.

And I believe I've manifested this,

Right?

It's all good.

It's a good thing,

Right?

And there's a situation coming my way,

And I was checking out details about it,

And I got really,

Really overwhelmed,

Right?

I said to myself,

Oh my God,

I can't do this.

I can't do this.

Oh my gosh.

Oh my gosh.

This is not for me.

I can't do this.

So I got myself overwhelmed,

Which everybody does,

Right?

Got myself a little overwhelmed about it.

And so I thought to myself,

Okay,

Step back from the whole thing for just a minute.

Let's go read.

I'm going to read because I follow this one guide.

Actually I follow several people in the horoscopes,

But this one that I read yesterday,

This is exactly what it said,

Right?

The horoscope said,

Wait,

Let me find it here.

There's nothing saying you can't stay inside your comfort zone,

But if you are willing to go and take a running leap of faith,

You might like where you land on October 18th.

Okay,

Forget the October 18th part,

But I read that just as I was playing small and I was sticking in my comfort zone,

And I was feeling like,

Okay,

I'm going to stay in my comfort zone because it's kind of freaking me out,

All of that kind of stuff.

And wouldn't you know,

I read that.

I don't know.

I mean,

You can believe in signs or not believe in signs,

But to me that was like a sign.

And so then I stopped what I was doing and I went back to the email and the situation and the opportunity,

Right?

And I reread it and I read it with more of an open mind and more of,

Open mind isn't exactly quite the right way to say it,

But more of a way of confidence,

Of courage,

Courageousness.

Yeah,

That's exactly what it is.

I went into it or looking at it in more of a courageous way because that little tiny thing just tweaked my brain,

Right?

It tweaked my brain and all of a sudden I was like,

Okay,

Play full out,

Leap of faith,

Jump in or play small,

Sit inside my comfort zone.

You can do either one.

This is like what free will is all about and this is what life is all about.

You can do whatever you choose.

But for me,

You guys know me pretty well at this point.

If you've ever listened to me before,

You know,

Right?

I just,

I have to jump.

I have to jump forward.

That leap of faith is kind of where,

It's kind of where I get my oomph to go on in life,

You know?

So yeah,

So we'll see what happens around October 18th.

I don't even know what that's about.

I don't know,

You know,

I know a little bit about all this stuff,

But not that much,

You know,

But oh my gosh,

So that's what I want to talk about today.

It's okay to stay in your comfort zone.

It's really okay,

But it's also really amazing and you get that feeling.

If you're the type of person that is,

That has sometimes low self esteem or whatever,

Making that leap of faith or just baby step outside the comfort zone can change everything.

And for me,

That's what I need.

I needed that little push,

You know,

To step outside my comfort zone.

And guess what?

It's coming back to you guys because I want to ask you,

Do you want to step outside your comfort zone?

What is stepping outside your comfort zone look like for you?

It could be as like,

I don't want to say small,

But it could be as important as literally stepping outside your house.

I know a lot of people that won't step outside their house right now.

Still,

Still,

Right?

Because they're nervous about this or that,

The virus,

Blah,

Blah,

Blah,

Whatever,

Right?

I know a lot of people that will not a lot,

But I know some people that are like that.

So courage could mean to anybody.

It could mean just literally taking that step outside their house or it could mean chasing down that opportunity,

Chasing down your dream,

You know,

You manifest stuff and then it comes to you and then you're like,

Holy crap,

I just manifested that.

I should move forward,

Right?

Right?

It's courage.

It's about courage,

Or at least it is for me.

At least it is for me.

So this is what we're going to meditate on today.

We are going to meditate on leaps of faith and believing in the signs.

Because if we,

If we,

You know,

If things happen and we see the signs and we look to the signs,

It can become a whole different thing,

You know?

So,

Okay,

Let's get ourselves comfortable.

I could talk about this all day,

Right?

Okay,

So let's get ourselves comfortable.

Close your eyes whenever you feel like it's right for you.

Let's take a nice deep breath in and release.

Gorgeous.

So our mantra for today that we are going to repeat over and over when we sit in this stillness,

This beautiful stillness that we get to share every day.

We're going to go with thank you today.

Thank you.

Because staying in that state of gratitude,

Staying in that state of gratitude is where the joy is.

It's where the courage is.

Taking that little leap of faith.

So our mantra,

As I said,

Is thank you.

If you lose the mantra,

Just go ahead and come back and focus on your breath.

We're just sitting in the stillness,

Just sitting comfortably wherever we are.

I will keep the time and let's begin.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.
