Namaste and welcome to the Spirit Room's daily podcast, In the Flow with Laurie Elbert, Where we discuss spirituality, Meditate, And allow positivity to envelop every aspect of our souls. Welcome. You may be thinking to yourself, What is a light worker and how would I even know if I was one? Well, My thought is this, Just the fact that you are here right now is a pretty good indication that you are probably a spiritual being with the capability of working in the light. A light worker is someone who uses their gifts, Whatever they are, To bring light into the world. A light worker works to help with people to find their way from the darkness, Their own personal darkness. Light workers are called upon to bring their own light into the world to illuminate the dark spaces. But what I want to do is I'm going to ask you a series of questions and see how you respond. So answer them to yourself, Okay? All right, Now, Do you feel different from everyone around you? Very good question, Right? Okay. Do you feel like you truly want to help people? How does that one sit with you? The next one is, Do you feel like that you are here on this earth for a higher purpose, A specifically higher purpose? Are you an empath or do you think you might be an empath because you aren't sure? Do you feel called to learn about what your spiritual gifts could possibly be? Or are you already experiencing what you consider to be an awakening? All of these and so many more questions that there are, They're signs that you are one who is or will be working in the light. Now, You may be thinking, Why is this important? What does it have to do with communicating with the other side, Psychically or mediumship wise? Or using your energetic gifts to help heal people maybe? What does it have to do with all of that? Right now, At this time, We are in the middle of a massive awakening. And this means that now is the time for people whose spiritual mission is to be the light here on earth, Is to awaken and develop their gifts and be the light in the darkness. Oh, That sounds so divine, Just divine. So here is the bottom line. If you are listening to this or you're here, And you saw the description in the topic or whatever, And you feel like you might be a being of light, Or even if you're just curious, There is something that brought you here. Trust that. That's that nudge. That's that intuition. Trust it. Now is the time to trust spirit and begin your own personal process of becoming a being of light in this crazy world. Or this could be validation that you are on your true and correct path. Isn't that awesome? I love that. Love, Love, Love that. That's what this is about. Starting to really understand that we are beings of light. And so when we start working in the light, Trying to help others come out of their own personal darkness, And we all have those dark spaces. We all have those shadow spaces. We do. Even the ones that you see that are filled with light. Everybody has that. It's a matter of learning to allow the light in, To be the light worker that we're supposed to be. So today we are going to do, We're going to do, Oh God, I get too excited about this. Today we are going to do a crown and heart chakra meditation to open up our souls to whatever spirit has for us in our lives. What this whole thing teaches us is that we are special. We are love. So let's get ourselves comfy because we're going to meditate on this. Okay. So hopefully you can follow along, Even if you're busy doing other things, Follow along if you can, Close your eyes. Let's take a beautiful, Long, Slow, Deep breath in. So breathe in and hold it and breathe out. Relax your bodies. Divine love flows through us and we are all beings of light. As we surrender to this love and light, Let's place our attention on our crown just above our head and our heart chakras. Focusing on our crown chakra allows us to connect with spirit deeply and begin to understand our life's purpose. This life's purpose looks differently for everyone. So placing our attention on our crown chakra and inviting in spirit helps us to understand our unique personal journey, Our own truth. Now let's place our hand over our hearts and begin the process of allowing in the light to our souls. Opening our heart chakra to the white light love of spirit helps us to release doubt and allows peace to flow within us. If you feel called, Repeat after me. I am a deeply and unconditionally loved being of spirit. I am worthy of divine love. I release doubt and surrender to the love that is the light. I am love. I am connection. I am light. As we sit in the stillness for a few minutes, Allow yourself to feel the love light and love energy coming to you. I am love. I am connection. I am light. Namaste.
