Hello,

This is a guided meditation by Lauren from LoveWell.

So happy to have you all with me today.

A few weeks ago,

I was invited to guide a meditation for a group of men and women,

Centered around the theme of ascension,

Meaning to rise or the act of rising.

And it was a powerful moment of reflection and manifestation.

And I thought it would be a powerful moment to have with you all here on Insight.

And so I'm going to share with you all the meditation.

So if there is anything that you are contemplating right now in life,

Whether what's next for me,

And I'm sure we all are,

Because there is just so much happening in the world today,

So many movements happening,

So many uprisings,

So many opportunities for change.

And I'm just thinking that this is an important,

Important topic to center around as far as what's my next,

Or where am I being called?

And so as we begin this meditation,

I would love for you all to find a position that is most comfortable for you.

So find your spot.

And during this time,

Pay close attention to your breathing,

Making sure that we're inhaling in through our nostrils and out through our mouths.

Centering our thoughts,

Our mind,

And our intention on what's my next.

We'll begin by breathing in and inhaling in.

Exhaling out.

I'll start with an affirmation.

I am rising.

I am rising.

I am rising.

As you inhale in,

I want you to visualize what is on the horizon for me.

What does that look like?

Where am I?

How am I using my voice,

My talents,

My gifts?

Breathing in.

This time is for you.

So let thoughts of others or tasks that you may have to complete come and go and find your way back to where you are.

As you breathe,

Pay close attention to what you feel,

What you smell,

And what you hear.

Given no judgment to any of the three,

Just become aware of what is happening in this moment.

Inhaling in,

Exhaling out.

In your next inhale,

May you breathe in the love,

The strength,

And the calmness of your mind.

Inhale in,

Exhale out.

In the love,

The strength,

And the courage available to you in preparing for your next.

And holding it for a while,

Get used to that feeling.

The feeling of wholeness,

The feeling of liberation,

The feeling of participation in preparing for my next.

And may you exhale all of the limitations you've either put upon yourself or have allowed others to place upon you.

They have no space for your next.

No space for your next.

Inhaling in,

Exhaling out.

Now vision what's next for you.

Inhaling in,

I want you to paint the picture in your mind.

In your mind of what you're working towards,

Towards who and where God is calling you in this movement,

In this moment in your life.

Inhaling in,

And exhaling out.

Spend some time there as you continue to breathe,

Paying attention to what is populating,

Becoming aware of what that looks like for you.

Stay there for a while.

Stay there for a while.

The vision is there.

Are you showing up to it?

Are you rising to who,

To what,

And to where God has made room for you,

To be you,

And to do you?

And to do you.

How does it feel to release what you no longer are bound to,

What you no longer have a purpose for,

And to welcome what is next for your new assignment?

Inhaling in,

And exhaling out.

You,

My sister,

You,

My brother,

Are rising to your next,

To your best self.

You are rising in this moment,

No longer holding back your gifts,

Your talents,

Your creativity,

Your innovation.

You are releasing that bondage,

No longer afraid of what might be,

But expecting and excited of what will be.

You are rising,

Rising to your next.

Inhaling in,

And exhaling out.

What's next for you is already inviting you in.

And so as we come to the end of this meditation,

Keep in mind that visualization of what your next will be,

And proclaim and exclaim these words,

This is my exodus.

So at the count of three,

As we open our eyes and come back,

I want you to say that powerful statement,

And then we'll end with,

I am ready for my next.

So a count of three,

This is my exodus,

And I am ready for my next.

One,

Two,

Three.

This is my exodus,

And I am ready for my next.

God bless,

I hope that you will continue to be well and love well,

This is Lauren from Lumber.
