Good morning.
Take some time to make yourself comfortable.
Close your eyes or gently leave them open just a tidbit to look down to the center of your nose.
Start to bring your attention inward.
Move your attention to your breath,
Letting your breathing pattern maintain its natural rhythm.
Once you feel comfortable observing your breath,
Let's begin to visualize your body filling up with positive energy and vitality with each inhale.
This energy can look like a light.
It can be whatever color you want.
Let it fill up every cell in your body and then radiate beyond your body.
Meditation allows you to drop into a flow state,
Which helps you tackle challenging tasks and adapt to change with more ease.
With each exhale,
Visualize yourself letting go of stress,
Of tiredness,
Or anything else that you don't wish to take with you into this new day.
When you feel ready,
Choose a positive statement from the ones I will share with you.
Repeat it in your mind.
I believe in my abilities and myself.
I can face this day and its challenges with strength.
I let go of my fears,
Anxieties,
And negative thoughts.
I'm filled with hope.
I trust my gut and follow my heart and intuition.
I take ownership of my successes and my failures.
I show compassion to others and myself.
I don't let others discourage me from my goals.
I have all that it takes to be successful and confident in my determination of success.
I believe in my abilities and myself.
