In this track, our focus will be on a practice known as circle breathing. Circle breathing entails a mindful way of breathing that fosters a continuous flow of breath within our bodies. Through this breathing technique, we will gently unlock channels of movement to alleviate discomfort. It's important to note the contrasting nature of pain and flow – they exist as opposites.
